I would like to think this is a simple task. Maybe I'm missing something painfully obvious. I have learned to write on pictures to try and show the problem more clearly. The little female overlap flashing shown in item #1 makes the screen too large to pass between the grey support steel and the radiator at the spot shown in item#2. It's like a square peg in a round hole.

I'll send you a full size jon but without the writing.

I would prefer that I was nuts and that there is an easy way around this. The dealer told me I had to remove the tube every time which I have decided I can avoid.

Oomoh, breaking news. Turns out the screens do not need to be modified.

Following depratt's advice, I pulled the intake tube off of the air cleaner assembly and bent the tube away from the center of the traator to five clearance to remove the pside screen. There was no other way to remove the pside screen. I then reassemled the screens in the opposite way with the left switched with the right but with the overlap flashing in t`e middle. It worked! Now I can slide the screens over and out like it was surely intended.

Kioti is switching the left and right screens, plain and simple. There is no way to realize their error unless they try `nd remove the screens after the intake tube is in place. It took all of five minutes including the time I spent cleaning the dirty screen.
