I've been searching for a bit and can not find a definitive guide for how to level the deck on my GT275. It is the stock 48" deck. My issue is that even in the transport position, it is cutting too low. Hoping one of you can point in the right direction for getting this back to spec. The front axle was replaced about two years ago at a JD dealer, I am unsure if they correctly reinstalled the deck.

Steps to "level" deck,
first, air the tires to correct pressure and get on flat surface.
Then lift deck wheels so they are up out of the way.
Then set height to 2 inches on lift.
Then with blades aimed straight out left and right, adjust the tips to 2" so they are the same as the height setting. (this is accomplished by adjusting the lift turnbuckles on each side).
Then turn center blade to point forward and measure height to flat surface. Set the front tip to be 1/8 to 1/4" less than the rear tip by adjusting the front bail if needed.
Then set the lift lever to the cutting height you want, and lastly set the deck wheels to be just free to turn at the cutting height.
