Check out guard on my tractor is off a NNA, A little welding and I had a guard.

I used to have a NH 1920.. I just took some angle iron and cut and weleded it up in a square with tabs.. bolted it to the front bolster.. used expanded metal in the front.. took 10 minutes to build, 10 minutes to paint, 10 minutes to bolt on..

make sure it's strong enough.. or the stick will just poke thru both of them..

Any NH dealer has one for sale, about $292. Part number is 86405012. The one from NH is guaranteed to work with your FEL, suitcase weights, and folds down to allow you to lift the hood. If you want more protection, you can easily install expanded metal using U-bolts. I've owned one of these for 8 years and I love it. It's solid and very functional while maintaining style and keeping your machine OEM standard. I bought mine when they were about $100 less, but everything has gone up these days.

good point about the hood.. on my 1920 I had to make sure the hood could tilt with my ho-made screen on it, and that I could still use suitcase weights.. etc.
