So are you just going to spray oil where the lever bolts to the control valve>? I would like to do the same to my B2320.

I sprayed around the entire area with Tri-flow. Has Teflon that seems to stick where u want it. Mechanism feels a wee bit better.

When the rain stops I will continue the 230' of French drain and moving the 23 tons of 2B.

I will let you know if it made an improvement.

The Tri-flow did the trick. The valve functions and releases as well as it did when it was new.

Wish I had tried that a while ago.
