It's a grade 2 bolt.
The gearbox is a Peerless, made in Indiana and considered one of the best. You can find a lot in related applications like this and there must be junk ones around. New gearboxes, I was told, are made in China.
Get the numbers off your gearbox and it will make a search easier.
I believe all GH are the same. Mine was a Peerless1100-018. It held 16oz 80W90. If a question, call Peerless in Indiana. They are wonderful people that make great products. Replacement GH gearboxes are now made in China.
They are great gearbox so junk blower units would likely have a serviceable unit. I have seen a number of junk GH snowblowers at auctions so they must be around somewhere.

I think I will give them a call. The Superior Gear that came off of mine has 24 teeth on the input and 30 teeth on the out. 1.25:1 if anyone needs that info. The mower deck and most china ones you can find cheaper at 1:1
