My new puppy (6mo old Rhodesian Ridgeback) was convinced there was a massive cache of bones buried under this rock in the yard. She kept digging around it...so I moved it out to the woods. She looks quite confused as to wh

That is a BIG rock. Very impressive.

My thought as well.

Stupit- do you have loaded rears? If not, was the rear a little bouncy on ya?

I sure do. I was able to get the dealer to load them as part of my purchasing negotiation. And yes, I went slow as the rear was a bit bouncy. I was really quite surprised my Mahindra 2538 was able to pull off such a feat considering I only had the post hole digger on the rear. That picture was taken about 20mins after my EA 54" single lid showed up on a FEDEX truck. It's really like being five years old all over again. Picking up big stuff and putting it down just makes me giggle

Speaking of being 5 years old. This bush irritated me. 2800lbs of lift capacity at 1500mm was just enough.

Worked a little on my Fall rock harvest. Got this medium sized one:

Then went for the little one you can see just below the harvested rock in the above picture... Turned out to be a bit of an iceberg. Just barely got it off the ground.

L'sSN I was looking at your 2nd picture and the wife came by, stopped quick, and said 'Now THERE'S a rock'. Took the words right out of my mouth. Seems like you prefer the Igland grapple over your big grapple for rock work.

Gains me about 600lbs of rock capacity :D.

Unfortunately, I've already had to do some serious repair and reinforcement work to the Igland. It is not designed to be a root rake/bulldozer :confused3:. I literally pushed the vertical mounting bracket on one side through the SSQA backing plate. The other side was on its way too. Was a bit of a mess to fix.

Nice, I bet it's an absolute blast! I'm in the process of accumulating hydraulic parts to make a grapple feasible. I'm adding two spools to my system, then will likely fabricate a "thumb" for my pallet forks.

Wish I had a grapple! Nice machine, by the way! Beautiful dog, too! I love Ridgebacks!
