Great find. Sure to cause even more debate, but only with pictures attached...

Light weight? Check!
Narrow? Check!
Single lid? Check!

This may be the best grapple EVER!!!!!!! :p

It does look pretty useless. When I need to haul 7 pieces of wood ( or 75 ) I'll jump on Kawasaki mule.

Lol. Or a small person with a broom!

It seems like it would be pretty easy without a mini grapple. The mini grapple looks like a good way to bust a front axle. image-4284600577.jpg image-668164481.jpg image-1150332749.jpg

Lol. Ok, ok. I'm done now. I'm sure it would be useful to someone.

And, I'd say the ladies would be mighty impressed with this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmm8mXbyJMo

LOL!

Sorry about fanning the flame war! For full disclosure my 60" Grapple is middle to light weight, is not wide nor narrow, and does have a single lid, so I have no dog in this one and love all grapples equally. I do think that the little bitty grapple would be ideal if all one had was a garden tractor micro compact and just needed to move around certain things. Any grapple is better than no grapple at all.

Then a guy could always get one of these for the heavy lifting...

Or they could get one of these. The wood one is probably a prototype, but still pretty funny. image-3600020604.jpg image-1649035321.jpg image-2836775096.jpg Snowback, no need to apologize. We're having fun.

I have looked at most of this thread; I do not own a grapple and based on my land and uses I don't even need one, but man I sure want one!!
I guess I could move hay bales around or something. They look like a lot of fun...I mean they look like a great tool to get lots of work done. :)

What I feel like when I jump on the BX after using the MX for a few weekends straight^^^^

I'd rather a neighbor have a small garden tractor grapple doing man stuff than a neighbor who doesn't know how to unclog his own toilet but that's just me;)

You make a good point. (but no neighbor would be my first choice).

Too much fun. I used to struggle with pulling down dead trees or cutting off at ground level. Now it's just a two direction grubbing of roots and then a tap at about ten foot up to push it down for haul off. (The dead top is to the left and it was grabbed in the same burn pile run as this base and stump/roots.)

This is the way to navigate tight woods without hitting other trees.

Ive been poking around with my WR Long OBG2-72 for about 2 weeks now but I finally got around to really working it today. That is a freshly dug up water oak stump that weighs more than I care to try and lift with the FEL so I just drug and pushed it around. 012.JPG 013.JPG 018.JPG
