I dropped a pretty big Hackberry tree last weekend that was touching the roof. I had to cut it up and drag it up over the side of the hill with a chain. Today was haul and burn day.

hi and nice grapple, what kind is it. i have a kubota 2910 with a la 402 fel. i am making a 1st gen grapple but would like to strengthen the grapple clamps. yours look really nice. can you share info with me? thank you mark

Below is the link to the grapple I bought. I really like it, just working on a leaking fitting at the moment but that should be fixed soon. The grapple is light and strong. I've used it for brush, stone and ripping out bamboo roots. I actually use it more than my bucket.

I am putting in a new woods road into an area that I want to cut this fall. I use the grapple to pull stumps and rocks and the bucket to find enough dirt to fill, pack, and level the holes that are left.



This one left a big hole. You never know how big they are going to be. Could just barely pick it off the ground.







But the skid trail is a lot straighter with it out of the way.

I cleared a few large trees the other day, in order to level out and clean up an area that will eventually be lawn.



I had two large white pines to clear, and one white oak. I had some help from a neighbors excavator to get them to go in the right direction since one was leaning too much for me to wedge in the right direction.

After dropping them, I chipped all the limbs, carried all the logs to a pile to later mill them into timbers, ground the stumps, and raked out the area.

Here it is all cleaned up. Without the grapple, I probably wouldn't have even tackled this job. Still need some loam and grass seed to finish.
