Good Tractor Prices

When I was looking back in the summer 2022, a tractor like this was non-existent on the used market. At least they were rare and gone fast. Now I am seeing more FB adds with good prices.

I would have jumped on this like a duck on a June Bug. Anyone in TN needing a good compact?

Probably could get this for less, like a new tractor. Removed the original post with the Kubota B3350 since it had a lot of issues.

Yeah, but the B3350 is one of the rare Kubota’s that doesn’t have a really good reliability history if memory serves me correctly.

I slept through this tractor deal about 2 months ago. 2010 MT545B
$67K and 4,000 hours. CVT, loader, front PTO & front 3 point, 34MPH

Then another on New Year’s eve for $77,000. This time a MT555B w/ 5,000hours.
Who buys a tractor on New Year’s Eve? lol

I keep thinking it’s like 2019 and used equipment is still available, it’s reasonably priced, and it’s able to be financed for like 4%

I do remember when I was looking there was a Kubota model that I called about and the dealer was honest enough to tell me that they did have some problems with that model when I asked him why the price was so low. I don't remember the model but you might be right about this being that model. This was the size I was looking for at time.

Apparently someone else who knew what it was worth and waiting would mean you would have bought it LOL. I've done the same thing, didn't want to bother someone on a holiday so I messaged and asked them to contact me the next day that I was interested. They apparently sold it that holiday day. GRRRR!

That's still higher than what I bought my M-F 1526 new in 2018 , I paid $16,000 cash with 1 hr. on her !

That's not a good price at all. Not a good model either.

You can get a Kioti CK 2610 new for that $ right now and it is A LOT more tractor.

Ok, that was 5 years ago. Go price a new one now. BTW, how do you like it?

As a matter of fact I did for a friend who is interested in one ! The dealer told me they would sell it for 21k to 20k brand new 2 weeks ago! The tractor has done every task without glitch so far ! But she is still a baby with only 102 hrs. on her , & I still have 8 months on the 5 year warranty ! & I bought it to mostly work with my 1 ton dump truck on my property , & it has been a perfect match with that piece of equipment ! Thanks for asking , & take care , & be safe as well.

That's a nice tractor for that money closest MF dealer for me is about an hour away I did drive up there but they didn't have any 1500 series or I probably would have looked harder. I'm happy with what I have but that three range hydro would have been nice.

I went out of my way to buy this tractor ! As the dealer was a 1:45 min away , & I couldn't find one any cheaper! ! To get it at that price I picked it up with my own trailer! & that is another thing I do like about it is the 3 range hydro !

Hah! A 7.5L engine turned down to 90HP !!!!
That engine will run for 20,000 hours like that!

11K is an excellent deal. Looks like you won’t need tires for a while. Looks like she needs a little love in the cosmetic department, but at that price, who cares.

11K is an excellent deal. Looks like you won’t need tires for a while. Looks like she needs a little love in the cosmetic department, but at that price, who cares.

My biggest concern at the moment is the brakes, I'm planning on new or rebuilding the master cylinders to start with.
If the brake pistons are shot thats going to be a major hit to the wallet.
Replacing the hydraulic filters as soon as she gets delivered, going by to order or pick them up today to have,

I did that on my Challenger. Had cracked MC. Front card an brakes were toast, too.
