i have made several post about my JD1020, gas burner, that would flood all the time, and all the things i've done to try to correct the problem, well, a couple weeks ago, i strapped an electric fuel pump on the tractor, and it never flooded a single time, so yesterday, i bought a new fuel pump for a gas burner, and replaced the one i put on a couple years ago, which was for a diesel. I spent almost 2 hours on the tractor last night, with no flooding. Now i plan on selling the tractor, i had tried before, but i always tell everyone about the flooding problem, which scared them away.

That is good news! I'm still amazed that the diesel pump would have worked at all, but glad to hear you've solved the mystery. Good luck on selling /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
