Got a call yesterday from the secretary at the driller in Mansfield that their guy was about 1/2 hour out ... postponed the friend's project get together for a bit.

I get a kick out of the different places you mention in Ohio.
I was born in Dover, Spent my formative years in Ashland and moved to Stow when Jr in high school.

very long afternoon
waited almost an hour past my appt time to see pain doc.
Oh, he had to do an infusion
(thanks, that's what he does all day dear, meaningless statement)
and at around the hour and a quarter mark got to see the doc.
he was impressed by all the scans and said he could help me with my neck too.
He was tired, and I was tired, and I had to be careful not to grouch at folks.
I had gotten there over an hour early reading my book on a nice day out in the parking lot, so felt like forever.

and of course rt 611 just jammed with traffic coming home and then some geezer in front of me doing ten under
down our country road all the way from Doylestown.

David has tunes! Nice install. Really glad your new tractor is working out well.

not a lot left to pack, will take me an hour in the morning, and leave by 9am, check in noon.
i think time for a therapeutic dish of ice cream.

RS, sounds like you are making good progress. Hope they come back with something
surprisingly cheap. Wouldn't that be nice...

Son is taking off for his bday tomorrow, wants to camp in the camper tonight.
I just put the slide out out, turned on the gas heat, and sitting out in it with snagglepuss on my lap. Her first time in the camper.

Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 7.6C and it's presently 19.1C, mostly clear with a steady wind. There was a surprising 0.4mm in the gauge @0900.

It's 'into town' day for a script at the Chemist. I'll then order a wreath, on behalf of the Parish, for Remembrance Day [11th Nov.], followed by my weekly grocery shopping.

Some more wood stacking to follow.

We have different names for the other neighborhood cats. snagglepuss is their cat also, they call her squash. I call her snagglepuss, snaggy, the snaggster...

Maybe I'll call him flypaper..

just had a package dropped off at my house, for a house about a mile down the road. the driver then proceeded to turn around in my yard, instead of backing out in the driveway turn around. my video cut off before they turned into the yard though.

found a nice seafood store to go shopping at in Chestertown Md on thursday.
they are known for: bushel crabs, shrimp salad, and deviled eggs
I'll wait for my crabs to be picked, am sure they have plenty of that, and the shrimp salad and deviled eggs sound good.
rarely found a deviled egg I didn't like, unless someone went overboard with the paprika
likely not the healthiest way to eat an egg

I have one major issue with deviled eggs, they go down to easy and always (almost) taste like another and another and.....

up early, coffee perking
should be a nice day here, chilly now but sunny and 67 but wind warnings coming in for
tonight and tomorrow. I imagine will be even windier where headed but some chop on the
Chesapeake is always fun to look at.

hope to be off at 9am and be there by noon, a drive that is simply unpleasant and unattractive til I get down into
DE and Eastern Shore Maryland. Being midweek hope not too much traffic.

poured first cup of coffee. 47° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 59° with brisk winds out of the west. Had a good phone call with Harvey (wroughtonharv). He is getting better and is hoping to get his Driver's License back later this week. Got garden pond winterized while sun was out. Need to get water line out to barns shut down for the winter. Hope to get one last car wash done before that.
Did not get a Full Beaver Moon picture this morning. Did get one yesterday before clouds moved in.

Good Tractor Morning,
Punta Cana, 79 going to 83 with a slight chance of a shower later today.
Our flight landed just after 11:30 am yesterday morning, and it was a beautiful day to come into. Sunny and quite warm. We got to the resort and checked in but our room wasn’t ready yet so we had an extended lunch with maybe a glass to many of Sauvignon Blanc Got down to the beach at the end of the day for a nice swim, water was really warm.

I understand that it’s quite windy and or very gusty , so hoping my antennas are fairing well Will probably make some coffee in the room shortly, soon as it looks like Kathleen might wake up

Not much to report on other than that, hope all have a blessed and safe day

Good morning TBN folks. It rained overnight and its 42 now plus NOAA's says its about to end. Today's high is predicted to be 45. Washed off the 6x6 and hauled it to a repair shop since its making a droning noise at 20mph. We hardly ever go that fast. Preparing things for camp and I might head back Friday sometime and dearest when she gets away from her job.. Our locale BRP/Polaris shop Ride North was sold to a JD chain Northland so when I stopped by there yesterday, I was surprised to see Deere's parked there.

Ron, great moon pic...I just came inside from looking at it.

Nice appointment at the dermatologist yesterday...everyone friendly, on time, and efficient, and best of all, the spot I was worried about was only an SK...plus, only two squirts.

Then off to get gas at Costco at 2.59. Tried 4 stores on the way home to locate some stove gasket and cement...finally went out of my way a few miles to TSC. But did pick up a few things on my list at Northern Tool, HD, and Walmart. Plus, some goodies for my wife from the bakery. Then a hike and swim for Della.
