20° now still a few flakes drifting down maybe an inch or two overall.

A few snow showers scattered about the area this morning, otherwise a good deal of clouds. High near 40F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 30%.

Tonight 02/03
Overcast. Slight chance of a rain shower. Low 32F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph.

After a quick cleanup of snow this morning a trip for some groceries then back to energy conservation.

32 gas logs on they come in when house gets to 67 got hot sleeping in chair. Police here again want her to stop walking on road. Great dinner at Italian restaurant then tried to kick me out therefore sleeping in chair.

2008 Ram clean now no cigarette smell which was bad. Drivers seat needs recovered up and down of seat control no longer works one fog light broken steering to fix rust in rear fenders other than that not bad.

Cold is coming back ice storms snow here snow further north. Possible cold as last time when spring does come instant heat I’m sorry.

good morning all
much warmer day today, high in upper 40's.
only plans for today are a little foodshopping and then need to get a watch battery changed.
I have a basic titanium citizen watch that is simply indestructible, have had great luck with Seiko and citizen, get about 15 years
out of the watches. I would usually buy them when in caribbean, about a third cheaper there.

later today headed over to a friend's where we are going out to dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant.
appears to be a light coating of snow out there now but that should melt off by noon.

Coffee is cooling in cup. 31° with fog this morning. Heading to 41° with mostly cloudy skies. Got another conserve energy day in. Did fill bird feeders. But that was it. Taking Sassy to groomer this morning. Then will have to put some Ice Melt down when snow melts. Weitron Willy's forecast says early spring. But maybe that was because it was -8°F.

Yesterday was a sad day in my neighborhood. Next door friend that was on Hospice passed. He will be missed by many.

it's really nice that many of TBN members are further North, and those who don't get snow get
to enjoy it a little. Like those of you in the desert right now.
NHBX seems to be in the thick of it while you just sort of expect it in Canada.
of course for snow we should enlist someone who lives in Buffalo or Erie.

am curious to see if cost of lettuce goes up for RNG when they grow it not far away.

I've always wished we had someone with a sun bleached blue patina Ford
doing rear rake work on miles of beaches on a Bahamian island.

Good morning, the low is 19 and going to a high of 32°F. Wind SSW 11 mph. Periods of snow with possible freezing rain.

I'll probably go out about noon and scrape the 1" of snow and ice off the driveways.

Drew, I do like the snow. It breaks up the year. We get 6 months of snow and cold and 6 months of crummy sledding. Besides that in winter there are no bugs.

Time to turn the block heater on and get on with my day.

Spike, I remember my fathers' gold oak leaf, not sure if he got silver.
Air Force intelligence working in China helping get supplies over the Hump.
obviously he wouldn't talk much about it. But he did remember the .45 1901 he was issued (as an officer?) and he
shot it off at Japanese planes one day. That sure would have had to be a lucky shot on a low flying plane....

Do we have separate intelligence operations for all the services now?
plus the Pentagon. Have no idea how my father chose AirForce, he was a young lawyer and
volunteered when war broke out. So did his younger brother, my Uncle, who went on to be a Captain in Navy.
What a generation. They saved democracy from tyrants.
