Good evening all. 73ºF for the start mostly cloudy, light breeze. Windy, some clearing initially but clouded back up and rained late afternoon, radar estimates 1/4 to 1/2 inch, high temp was 85ºF. Coffee to start day, trip to town to drop off last signature page, forgot it and had to go back Got mail hold done for Kansas trip and trust paperwork now done and trust bank account applied for. Tried to talk myself into bike ride but motivation was hiding. Did get nap in.
Buppies hope you are right on hurricane. Wouldn't mind a few strong storms to mess with high or ridge over Texas during summer. prayers sent
Ron sorry ribs not done yet. Nice of you to help with transmission oil and filter. Hope races were good. nice peony.

Poured cup of coffee. 56° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 84° with a mix of sun and clouds. Spareribs got done. Ribs and salad for dinner was good. Got GFI's changed out on garden pond. Found that problem was not GFI's. There was a leak into power box. Replaced box. A 30 minute job turned in to 3 hours including a trip to Menards. Got approach to barn door cleaned up and ready to put new concrete down. May get that started today. Need to figure out how to allow access to Mule, tractors and mower while cement is curing. May think about it while relaxing on porch.

Not sure about this, but I wouldn't be surprised to see an image size limit imposed here on TBM. It only takes a few hundred thousand killobytes to display a handsome photo on the web, and posting megabyte files is a huge waste of server space and network bandwidth, both of which cost TBN money.

63 high in low 80s humid maybe a storm maybe not. Found out cannot eat popcorn cooked in microwave anymore runs levels too high but 120 now.

Did not get to sleep until after mid night tired this morning maybe rain out day tomorrow

Good Morning
62° with a predicted high of 85 today under a sunny sky.

Yesterday was fairly busy, got the new concrete ramp poured on the house. This was the replacement for the wooden one that was put in for me after my motorcycle accident. Everyone liked the ramp so much that we decided to put a permanent one in.

Patched the floor in the garage where I cut it out to get the water line into the building while I had a concrete truck here. A lot handier than mixing in a wheelbarrow with a hoe.

Had a nice oddfellows meeting last night out side the lodge, the weather was delightful. And the building was hot inside.

Today’s adventure is to pick up the Crete Heat insulation panels for the radiant heat in the addition. Costco run after that. Tomorrow I plan to get the under floor plumbing completed.

We’ll see how closely the plan gets followed

66 going to 86 today in sun and clouds, should be nice.
limiting myself to one cup of coffee, have 8am appt with oncologist and my BP always tops 160 in his office.
maybe white coat disease, likely me just being fat...
at least I get to confirm with him my cancer did not come back.

Costco run yesterday was successful, found some nice mahi mahi for 10 bucks a pound, that will be dinner one night.
also got their frozen lasagna and a few other items not found in supermarkets. Nice to try something different.
what a madhouse in there, no concept of lane control, came out to parking lot and folks honking at each other.
Glad to get out of there. And then my Costco card would not work at gas pump. Oh well.

maybe I will finally get to work on insulating the rv motor cover today. I have been procrastinating like mad with it.
new laptop shows up today, setting that up later will take a while. Bought a new mouse for it (don't like track pads at all), carry case
and a small surge protector. This way I can give the old case and mouse to my friend getting the laptop next.

biggest challenge in setting up pc is remembering program passwords.
I wonder how much bloatware comes with new pc...

any recommendations on free/cheap anti virus? Sure need something, buggy world out there

Pond is down about four inches wngsprd but healthy. Lots of small bass frogs a snake or two. Something fell into pond with a huge splash last night have to investigate this morning
