coffee in coffee pot sloshing around
something banging up top, I think the slide topper, nothing I can do about it.

could not get cable tv here to work, but did get streaming to work.
nothing on that interested me, back to my book
about 2.5 inches of rain so far and lots more to come

next time I choose to be at the shore in a big storm I'm go to order wind blowing offshore so no sand blowing. In some of the gusts, the sand makes it back here, just went outside since rain stopped for a moment, others stepped out too, those that remain.

and one that remains is the nice Airstream a few spots over. I bet that doesn't get buffeted much by the wind.

I also checked on my rear hydraulic levelers, since in order to get the septic hose to fit in one length, vs two (bad enough to clean one out...)
I parked so levelers landed outside of concrete. Engineer nicely pointed out to make sure I wasn't going to sink in high water there, but this is hard packed sand and gravel, I was used to it from NC, and short of running water, not much sinks. And I hadn't, thankfully. However, I have ordered the snap on plastic pads for the bottoms, which will give them a better footprint.

It is nice and level.
Campground pretty big, a lot of seasonal campers with permanent setups. Lot of golf carts. We probably a good half mile from the entrance. Glad we got here early and can enjoy some good weather today.

Just 96˚ today the 100's have left hopefully. Just a day of pressure washing barn items in the estate sale and fixing scraped sheetrock in hallways where mom's wheelchair or walker hit constantly. Tomorrow would have been her 93rd birthday.

Those chairs are our buddies we are camping with. We both contributed to supplying wood for the fire. Had our s’mores.

Good (Saturday) morning. Overnight Low of 3.4C and it's presently 19.5C, clear and calm.

And a good thing too as I've noticed a large blackwood tree branch that has split & hanging amongst a few lower branches. I'll be able to handle that with the Makita pole-saw & chainsaw. The end of the branch is up against the back corner of the 5-bay shed, but not on the ground, which is why I missed seeing it after the gale. So, my arvo is 'booked'.

Knee is really complaining just standing and walking back and forth to the shop. I might have to extend my timeline.
I used the wifey's cloth sewing tape measure..... bad knee is almost 2" bigger in circumference......
