Good evening! Another hot day 106˚F. I carefully moved the 16' trash trailer around to the back of the house to prepare for the estate sale.
The prevailing winds were flapping the cover tarp so I move it.
Then the access to the rear was hard to get to so I moved it again.
Then I realized the dumpster might not have enough room next to the trailer so I moved it again, blocked it good cause it was on a hill and went and went and hooked up my 10' trailer.

My Aunt then came over and we visited a while and then the farmer that has cows on our place came over and he said the cattle might get into the trash trailer. By this time it was after noon and 102˚ and I decided to call it a day. I took my 10' trailer back to the tractor shed and moved the 16' trailer back into the fenced yard where it was.

IN OTHER WORDS, I GOT NOTHING DONE TODAY!

Good evening all. Hope all you had a good Labor Day weekend! 74ºF for the start, partly cloudy, light breeze. Moderate wind with brisk gusts, Mostly cloudy, got 8 inch rain - dessert style, last maybe 1 minute, and high temp was 98ºF, HI 102ºF, putter to start morning, bike ride, then trip to town for lunch and groceries. Step daughter came over for visit then nap. After dinner, had fish club communications to get out and sat with Mrs on couch.
David glad you were able to get so much mowing done. Glad you did not run out of fuel. Hot tub at end of day sounds nice.
Ron glad you got all the stuff stuffed back in coop. Hope you were able to conserve a lot of energy today. Nice sunrise.
Billy sorry family time over. Hope tractor time was good.
Frits I hear you on the heat and dryness. Hope you able to stay cool today. Thanks for rescue update.
Mike impressed you and wife lasted that long in attic. Hope roofer got roof patched.
Don impressed with how well the pits are doing. Any idea how much cold they can withstand? Good luck with the dates
Thomas hope faucet repair went well, and field dry enough to mow. Hope you found your shady spot.

Date plants or ok up to 20˚.

Don't know what is on the tape, the cord is brittle and falling apart. Might have to wrap it in electrical tape.

Coffee has finished brewing. 66° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 88° with a few clouds. I stuck to my conserving energy day yesterday. May do the same today.

67 high of 95 today, mpre traffic than I have seen in a long time saw 94 most of the way. Pond down further so dry here. Never saw any police lots of people going fast never went 4mph over the limit odd way home used apple maps due to traffic went ways I’ve never been before took one hour longer

good morning everyone
like many of you, going to be a very, very hot day here today

miserable night last night, realized my headache was likely due to not having enough coffee yesterday afternoon, then
those big dogs were barking super loudly and I thought my head would fall off. Wore neck brace most of night, tossed and turned,
worn out this morning from doing nothing.

I think I will have a good attitude adjustment by the bottom of this big mug of coffee.
funny, if I had asked for one cup of coffee at the birthday party last night instead of one glass of wine, probably would not have had a headache.
Sure going to remember that next time.

nothing on the calendar for today. Will be out watering flowers this morning, then maybe I'll work on the hot tub pump

67 outside this AM, heading to upper 90's. 92% humidity. Yesterday was a record high. Today probably will be too. Heat index both days, over 102.

Roofer is not done. Should be by the end of the day. Patch looks great, just needs the top edge line folded. Turns out he lives up the road. Common friends. Probably use him again for other work in the near future.
Small world.

Need to do some day job stuff today. You know, it pays the bills.

Hope all have a great day, be safe. Those in need of healing, get well soon and take it easy.
