68 outside this AM. Very foggy. Heading to 90's, the usual.

Moved more tools around. The talk with plumber on Milk House did not go so well. Seems he thinks not enough fall to connect to septic system. And did not really give up info on where he would route pipes. Looks like I may be doing plumbing work after all. Will call in some more plumbers for more opinions.

Continue moving tools today, and need to start cutting grass again. Nice and thick in spots. Rather big spots, LOL.

66F cloudy low 80's for high,t storm around 1pm ending around 6pm weather station showing least couple cells nasty.

Went out to do morning chores 2 mother turkey's had 9 chicks on the front lawn,Doris doing slow stroll up the driveway E muffin time.

Plans for today...2 doctor appointments this morning Mrs. said she will attend both so the morning shot,afternoon depends on how much trimming I can get done before mother nature gives everything good hard soaking again.

Ron, I wonder if those sunspots are doing anything to communications. Doesn't it affect ham radio?
recent close pictures of sun have been amazing
it regularly has eruptions of sorts that once fried over 30 Starlink satellites.
I bet they are better protected now.

I love being outside, but after two melanomas, it clearly doesn't like me.
you look at movies seeing folks walking around with parasols centuries ago.
I wonder if the UV level has risen during our lifetime.

71°f now, dew point 70° highs in the mid 80’s cloudy with scattered thunderstorms this afternoon.

Yesterday was sunny and hit 90°, was nice to see sun for a change. Managed to get some weeding done in short stints, just to hot in the sun, lots of water intake and cool off in the AC. The air quality index was at 98, they call that moderate, my lungs call it WTF

Today hope to get some more weeding done then just stay in the AC.

Good morning, 68 going to 88 no rain with air quality alert in effect

Going to pick up groceries, fill up van with diesel and refill propane bottle

Broke the unloader valve on the pressure washer repair. No replacement to be found. New electric pressure washer is in the future it looks like. Ah well I tried

Made two angle iron spacers for the loader cylinders to work safely on the tractor with lifted loader.

thanks for pic of San Diego. I've been to California once in my life, for one night, in San Diego.
Business meeting, went to lunch on top of a big hill
overlooking the water and saw an aircraft carrier going out. The view was amazing.
Weather there supposed to be very nice.
I never got to see much of the city.

San Diego has a very good zoo, and I was thinking of making my loop through CA next year all the way to the bottom, so I could
visit San Diego. They must have some great marinas there.

Marinas are always good to walk. So are Zoos.
parking and mobility an issue for me, but should be able to find some zoos able to accommodate an rv.
would be creepy to wake up in the morning with a new friendly snake inside...
maybe I'll park a little further away.

I was looking at San Diego with Google Maps and saw In-N-Out Burger
None of them around here. Told they are pretty good.

71° and sunny. No rain hit us last night
Got email notice that my Subaru emissions test is due soon. Never got a mail notice a month before like I usually get.
Also didn’t get any mail yesterday, when post office email said I’d be getting several things.
Looks like everyone on here is staying busy.
Glad no trees and ceiling fans fell on anyone, hope sawing goes well. Buppies, hope things get better, tough position to be in.
Wife said gas prices shot back up yesterday.
Might go see what the porch feels like.

speaking of zoos, I wonder how animals in Texas/SW are doing in this heat?
don't expect to find a polar bear in a Texas zoo...

I'm not big on snakes, reptiles are ok, most critters good, thinking there may be specialty zoos along the way
worth looking at. Does anyone have a zoo recommendation?

time to get moving. Cleaning lady coming, have to clean up my "bachelor" crap.
threw out my favorite raisin tea biscuits since they were covered in those little black ants.
should have left all breads in fridge, have to, ants must have a freeway into my kitchen.
reminds me to do the borax thing after cleaning lady leaves.

am beginning the process of educating myself on a drone.
I think that would be cool to take with me on my trip.
more entertainment for all of us...
good friend has a good one and records successful youtube videos with his.
need to have a long chat with him.
need something an idiot can operate

is there an affordable US made drone I can take pics with?
