Morning, 65 going up to 82 and more rain.
Had around 3" rain last night and hours of heavy lightning and thunder, hear work crews off in the distance.
Son had shift canceled due to weather so he is bummed, but driving in that storm last night would have been too dangerous.

Jay- sorry to hear-hopefully all this will work out with the wife.
LS congratulations - will need pictures of course of the new grandchild
KC- no saw pictures?
Drew - safe travels and have a lot of fun

Probably do more inside work today. Hope kid gets a shift tonight, but not lookking good with the weather.

Rain just started. Storm passing to the NW, thought it would miss us.
Just got home from dropping HDMI switch #2 at UPS for return, earlier FedEx delivered #4. Nice IOGear in heavy metal case. Think I’ll keep #3 and #4 if they both work, and have a backup.
Getting real windy now. I’m feeling it on the porch.

No drips yet from porch ceiling.

Got .2”. Cooled to 69° from 85°

Painting rained out.
The outside painting anyway. Gonna switch gears and move my tables into the tractorshed for some clean up and fresh coat of spray paint. Looks like an inside day for sure.

@rswyan- It's nice to see a doe with 2 healthy fawns. Thanks for sharing. It appears that it was a good year for deer in many areas in the CONUS which can be a mixed blessing.

Due to the weather I have been spending the day inside doing domestic duties.

Ted, great news, congrats. Time for some serious goochie goos.

friend from church coming over for lunch, we will do hoagies in the rv.
I have it all packed with food, washed rv yesterday, probably all black streaked again from rain but so be it.

Tomorrow I leave on my trip so today I try to figure out what I've forgotten. Looking forward to staying at Ron's home outside Detroit
on way and way back from Cedarville, MI, and then will see RS on way back also. Lastly stopping in Lancaster to see old friends, they own Lancaster Honda, and where I bought my Honda Foreman in 1988. That atv is up at friends cabin in Catskills and still runs perfectly.

lawn mowing service comes this morning, folks who do my weedeating. I need them to mow it all for next two weeks. With all this rain, grass is going to come
jumping back up.
