booked a Southern US and Bahamas cruise for February. All by myself with a nice suite and balcony.
Older ship, smaller, 2500 vs 5000 guests, easier for me to get around.
I hope to take the rv down to Florida in January, then have this to look forward to.
one of the cruise stops is Cape Canaveral and I'm going to tour the launch area, something I've never done before.
Stop before is Charleston, where my niece will come get me and will do lunch with her family there.
Have been on a lot of cruises, just go for the water, not the entertainment, and for sure no rock climbing walls.
Royal Caribbean tends to have older folks anyway. A Disney cruise is just not for me
Vision of the Seas? On the smaller ships you do not have to make reservation for the shows. I prefer the smaller ship after being on the Allure of the Seas in February. Sounds like fun! My high school friend met his 2nd wife on a cruise.

David, I was using your suggestion to use a strap to lift the pole. Put in a couple screws so it would not slip up the pole

Funny, but my 1st thought when seeing pic was if you were using for the fence posts

Hope you find the missing tail wheel, Paul, but not with a mower...

Then put the outside shower head in some vinegar to soak overnight……

When the corn was done, tried a YouTube trick and just cut the stalk end off with a knife and squeezed the tassel end, causing the ear to squirt out of the husk with not a single silk sticking to it. Good eats!

The tail wheel is pretty small, won’t hurt the mower, but could be a dangerous projectile.

If you have an ultrasonic cleaner, our your shower head in there. I use a bath of CLR and the come out looking brand new. I put the CLR and shower head in a glass measuring cup in a water bath of equal depth.

Been doing corn that way for years. It’s unbelievable how well it works.

There are people around here who take sweet corn seriously. They would recommend you go out to the field and pick your corn. Then run as fast as you can to a pot of boiling water. There is some disagreement about how long to cook it.

I agree about cooking it ASAP after it leaves the stalk, but the microwave has it all over boiling water.

RS, what is purpose of the wings? Strictly a guide for hookup or something else?

Yup.

Being angled, they guide the SSQA on the loader into the SSQA plates on the implements.

Makes hooking into the buckets and pallet forks real easy.

Helps on the grapple as well, just not quite as much because of how it gets stored (facing down, jaws open)

Wondering if there are cheaper alternatives to this food heating box?

2 more walls pw’d before the rain turned got too heavy. Yesterday Itook time to completely disassemble the foam cannon and clean the corrosion. Time well spent, like a new tool today. Foaming a concoction of 1 part Dawn /3 parts bleach. Like how it hangs in place allowing time to work before hitting with the pw.

I sprayed wet and forget on my front garage wall the other day. It does good taking the green stuff off, but takes time.

I use Tapatalk, and prefer it to the website, but I never used the TBN app.
Also Tapatalk will go wacky after some “upgrades” or changes to the website, but generally returns to normal.

The TBN app was made by Tapatalk as an exclusive TBN app, where Tapatalk app can be used with many forums. Looks like TBN is not keeping it updated, but it’s working now and is my favorite way to use TBN.

Got the creek, hill and field mowed with the ZT. 1.4 hrs on the meter. Was really tall, had to go slower.
A large bird, like a crow, tried to take the dead squirrel, but dropped it as I was mowing close to it at the time.
Wife left a couple 9” rocks laying in the grass next to a flower bed, I almost mowed them. Glad I saw them in time.
Did not get ZT blades sharpened. There’s always tomorrow, God willing.

Never did a cruise, maybe will try one some day.

2 more walls done. Don’t realize how much green until you see it coming off. So 8 down, 8 to go, except 3 of these have the most structure being eave ends with large overages over lanai and will need to get on ladder to get topsides of the beams. Letting foam just sit half hour or so really helps and gives my shoulders a break.

Off to in town Happy Hour in a bit.

For anyone curious how I get a house with 16 walls

Well, I got one more piece of the conveyor done, the step drills (
Neiko
NEIKO 10169A Step Drill Bit Set and Automatic Center Punch | 5 Piece, 41 SAE Sizes Total, 1/8” – 1-3/8” | Titanium High Speed Steel Unibit, Stepper Cone Drill Bit | Two Flute Step Down BitsNEIKO 10169A Step Drill Bit Set and Automatic Center Punch | 5 Piece, 41 SAE Sizes Total, 1/8” – 1-3/8” | Titanium High Speed Steel Unibit, Stepper Cone Drill Bit | Two Flute Step Down Bits
4 Pc Step Bits, SAE + Center Punch) the center punch works good but that is all that works. The drills might be okay for tin foil, but not for mild steel.

Also got the spot cleaned out a little bit more for the wheels of the conveyor to set into for stuffing it through a basement window. While I was securing the landing gear/stabilizers, one of the bolts broke, so that occupied some of my time fixing that. It is a good thing I have a supply of 1.5" x 3/8" grade 9 bolts and nuts on hand.
There is a 95% chance of rain tomorrow so there goes any outside work, right out the window.

My dad was a travel agent, he had been around the world including Russia, East and West Germany. I think he hadn't been to Japan nor Down under. He also sold travel on cruises, mostly Holland America. Many times he offered me the chance to take a cruise with him and Mom. I declined every time. Boats/ships sink was my excuse, remember the Titanic, the unsinkable Titanic, sunk. Nope not for me, water over 20' deep makes me nervous.

Some pictures I get to see, but lately not Rons. I am using a PC and Firefox.

Wondering if there are cheaper alternatives to this food heating box?

I have one without a heater, it will keep 6 trays out of the smoker warm all day.
Actually if I pull Briskets at 205 degrees and put them in the box, they are still too hot to serve after only 3 or 4 hours.
