just think, Rich will soon be on an electric motorcycle, making no noise, but he can pipe in the sounds in his helmet
of whatever bike he wants. I know car sounds a lot better than motorcycle ones, not having ridden in 50 years.
I bet that racing bike Rich drove was very noisy, and kind of that obnoxious two cycle sound.
I always thought that sound was a true "unpleasant order"...plus the ring, ding ding
but with that noise came power for sure
am thinking RNG's BMW at a certain rpm must make a lovely exhaust sound.
or a 4 cylinder Honda winding out
I think more of a motorcycle as rolling art. Like the cylinder fins on a Triumph Bonneville.
The exhausts and gas tank of a BSA Lightning. Or for sure an opposed BMW twin.
Since you are wearing a helmet, the idea of piping in motor noises isn't so far fetched.
Wait til someone designs a 50 dollar amp module. I want one for my lawn mower.
Can you imagine going up through the gears on your mower? Bill would have one with an 18 speed.
heck, a fine addition to any tractor too.
there are a lot of these noise modifying speakers already being used in cars, made to diminish or cancel noise.
And EVs have had to make some kind of noise to safeguard pedestrians.
we've come a long way from buzzers and beepers
I find the quiet very appealing
yes, I was raised on Heinlein and Bradbury
