Good morning to everyone,
It was 41 when I got up, presently sunny and 44 heading for a forecast high of 53. It's windy, blowing at 15 gusts to 31mph.

It took several trips back from the shop to the house to gather up everything, but stereo is up and running, bluetooth adaptor hooked up so I can stream music to it if I want.

Still have lots of work to do cleaning up/organizing the shop. Hopefully somewhere in this mess is my CD/DVD player so I have another option for tunes.

Latest forecast shows temps in the teens showing up sooner rather than later, so irrigation piping gets drained today as well as all garden hoses drained and put up for the winter.

Morning all;
Been a quite morning so far, this big storm has been mostly rain till about an hour ago. It has lowered our old storm snow down by a couple of inches so that will be nice heavy soggy mess till it freezes solid.
Snowing good now trees starting to turn white can even see the altitude difference just a few feet of elevation makes;

Snow line moving downhill rapidly. Plan for today is to take it easy may end up going into town to pickup some gas for the sander. Forgot I had emptied the can into the UTV last week, oh well if I don't go out I don't need to sand.

29F high low 30's 4" fallen wind picking up,sure hope it doesn't mix next 24+ hours...6-10 inches forecasted.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Gave the critters extra this morning...11 gray squirrels stampede 31 turkeys all seem happy.

Plans for today not much,late afternoon do snow plowing which should be half the storm,convince the Mrs. to stay home so wife 2 kittens could become interesting at times.

Good morning! 40˚F cloudy and North wind it will stay in the 40s all day.

Good news is that we have a 10% chance of having a white Christmas!
Bad news is one work day next week - outside, non-cabbed tractor - it will be 23˚F. Looks like terrible weeks weather for the "Farm" between the rain and the cold, but the reindeer will love it.

Drew sorry to hear about your unwanted appliance.

Cookie making day and I will try a new recipe for red velvet cupcakes using beets to get the red.

Good morning! 33 now, high is supposed to be 41 today. Basically drizzled of and on all day yesterday. Did almost nothing outside.

Wife is going to a retirement luncheon for one of her former co-workers today. Not sure what I will get into as I start another lap of the sun. No doubt something.

The forecast does look a bit cool for next weekend!

Sucks about the tooth Drew. I have had oral surgery a couple of times for prior work that didn’t go as planned.

Good morning all, 39 going to 46 rain all gone.

Talked to one on my neighbors and he had the covid a few weeks ago. He was quite sick and lost a lot weight but eventually recovered. He did not get the last booster shot but wish he would have. When I got infected it was nowhere near as bad and don't know if that was because I had all the shots and I am a lot older too.

We keep up on healthcare news from Denmark and we are always surprised that despite free healthcare many have private insurance to avoid long wait times for care. Also it is difficult to sue for medical mistakes and there are many stories including the latest being unnecessary amputations.

Not much going on today. May go up in the shop to do more clean up.
Preparations for a severe ice storm worked out since it did not happen as bad as it could have been.

Drew, did you have some prior X-rays that may have shown the problem. Good luck on getting the dentist to pay.

Don't you hate it when your spouse suggests just spending $$$ when you might be able to fix it for only $$?
Especially when said spouse was with you in times when you didn't have 2 pennies to rub together.

Speaking of healthcare I have to get set up for next years reimbursement of premiums and health care cost from my company. Despite being retired for ten years they continue to pay for care up to a limit but I have to organize and submit expenses for reimbursement. It is like filing expense reports for travel when I was working.
