Good morning! 33 now, high is supposed to be 41 today. Basically drizzled of and on all day yesterday. Did almost nothing outside.

Wife is going to a retirement luncheon for one of her former co-workers today. Not sure what I will get into as I start another lap of the sun. No doubt something.

The forecast does look a bit cool for next weekend!

Sucks about the tooth Drew. I have had oral surgery a couple of times for prior work that didn’t go as planned.

Good morning all, 39 going to 46 rain all gone.

Talked to one on my neighbors and he had the covid a few weeks ago. He was quite sick and lost a lot weight but eventually recovered. He did not get the last booster shot but wish he would have. When I got infected it was nowhere near as bad and don't know if that was because I had all the shots and I am a lot older too.

We keep up on healthcare news from Denmark and we are always surprised that despite free healthcare many have private insurance to avoid long wait times for care. Also it is difficult to sue for medical mistakes and there are many stories including the latest being unnecessary amputations.

Not much going on today. May go up in the shop to do more clean up.
Preparations for a severe ice storm worked out since it did not happen as bad as it could have been.

Drew, did you have some prior X-rays that may have shown the problem. Good luck on getting the dentist to pay.

Don't you hate it when your spouse suggests just spending $$$ when you might be able to fix it for only $$?
Especially when said spouse was with you in times when you didn't have 2 pennies to rub together.

Speaking of healthcare I have to get set up for next years reimbursement of premiums and health care cost from my company. Despite being retired for ten years they continue to pay for care up to a limit but I have to organize and submit expenses for reimbursement. It is like filing expense reports for travel when I was working.
