Good morning!!!!

   / Good morning!!!! #159,781
Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 6C and it's presently 18.3C, mostly sunny with a gentle breeze.

Later on I'm planning on washing the outside house windows. The 'Mad (agisting) Horse Woman' has requested shifting the horses to Paddocks 3/4/5 this early evening. The grass has grown back very well there so, with hay supplements, they'll probably be there for December. She's watching her hay 'usage' [3 rounds and, perhaps, 10 squares left in my shed] as it depends on when the local producers will cut & bale this season. It all depends on the non-raining spells.

I found out yesterday that I'll need to attend a funeral for a Veteran this Friday... medals to be worn. Oh well.

That's about it, take care all.

Ron, condolences on your BIL passing. Prayers and thoughts for your sister / family.

Drew, hope your MIL improves. Tough to get better at that age. Prayers and thoughts also sent your way.

Took the wifey to Costco yesterday, she got her second pair and they adjusted her first. They were lucky..... only she went in.... I didn't get the chance to express my dissatisfaction with the tech not checking the incoming shipment when I was there a few days before.

Then made a few more stops, the odd-ball / out of the way stops. Ended up taking most of the day.

Today, I was greeted by a flat tire on the car. The whole set was almost wore out, so went back into town to Discount Tire. The tires had a 60K milage warranty, only got 44K on them, so getting a $150 credit towards new ones.

Going to go cheaper this time.... less than half of what I paid for the old set. These only have a 40K warranty. Researched the "brand", made in the UK by Rages Mohave tires. They are a big agricultural tire manufacturer. The reviews are pretty good..... I guess I'll find out!
The tires won't be in until Wednesday, so another trip into town, but what is one to do?

Christmas deco is up in the house.... no chance to do the outside lights yet..... and it's supposed to be windy / cold tomorrow. Expecting 45-60 mph gusts. Not even going to attempt to put them up.

Going to go relax and put the feet up.

Well, just saw the latest forecast.... wind starting tonight, now gusts to 75 mph...... gonna be fun.....

I'm gonna blame it on RNG...... he left the window AND the garage door open!

it's supposed to be windy / cold tomorrow

they just posted gale warnings here for coastal waters tomorrow night,
maybe I'll wait with my inflatables also.

I had to order a squirrel preventer for my main hanging birdfeeder. Yup, climbed 7 feet to feeder.
And then sat up there and stuffed himself

Bottom line is i have to remember I'm unnecessarily carrying around an extra 20 pound bag of birdseed.
always said I'd rather be a little fat and very happy. Just not sure the little fat is a joke any more.
And having too much weight out front, just like on your FEL........... is not a good thing.

Since I broke the tooth, think I can avoid that. ho ho ho
I always justify the carrying of a little fat around th middle as I've got to have fat to inject the insulin into....I also broke the tops on a couple of molars but thought they dont hurt, no-one can see them, they still work and at 85 soon I might not need them, so let them be. (I'm planning on living forever and doing pretty good so far)

PJ, do the cats ever get up on the scale and weigh themselves?
Not without being stuffed inside a carrier (at great risk to the stuffer) and taken to the vet's office.

I've been heavy all my life ...
I was always a fairly skinny guy in my youth. Six feet tall, and I weighed about 145 lbs at 18 years old, and 165 by age 21. I hit around 185 in my late 20s and stayed there for awhile. One day I noticed my close had shrunk and found myself over 200 pounds. As I've gotten older, it's gotten much harder to lose weight. I've been putting more effort into it lately, which is why I weigh myself every Sunday morning. I'm actually recording data on a spreadsheet. It's not easy, but I'm not letting that stop me. I'm determined to unfat myself.
