Yea! the cranes are back!
a very cool bird
RS, great post. someone be deprived of the very air they breathe
lot of leaves....you have a tracvac?
speaking of leaves, maybe by lunchtime will be dry enough to blow some leaves in piles this afternoon
and then suck them up with mower. Big yellow leaves all over the place, pretty, but need to wind up on leaf pile back in woods.
Need to find a storage home for driveway scraper, takes up too much room in little garage and I'm afraid it will topple over and
surely wreck the car. Have a friend with a farm and barn locally, will call him this morning. He has a long gravel driveway back into the woods,
beautiful secluded farm, so I bet he will want to have me use it on his lane. His zero turn can't pull it, my JD lawn mower can, but better I pull it with
Gravely garden tractor. Perfect job for the Gravely. Do not want to buy a new TuffTorque hydro trans for pulling device...Gravely is all gear with lots of power.
Maybe I should hire out as a driveway leveler...

The leveler comes with three hitch pins, all cut down as breakaways. One way to protect the device...I think first time it breaks I'll put a regular hitch pin in.
Kind of curious what level of drag would break the oem one. Like hitting a big root or rock, getting hung up on something. I don't see that happening.
20 bucks for half a five gallon can of gas, yikes Bill. Time for an EV...though i would not expect Northern Ontario to be loaded with charging stations
