Good morning! The August heat is holding on, warmer out side than inside before sunrise. 75˚F and muggy heading to the mid 90s with lots of sun.
The Farm has 8 Stoltzfus trailers made in Honey Brook Pensilvania. Two are used for "wagon rides" (capacity 60 ea.) and the rest are used as the foundation under the food/beer portable buildings.
Because of the lack of rain this summer the corn maze is not corn, it is hybrid sorghum sudangrass. It is really growing fast after that end of August rain. It is thick and and grows 8 to 12 feet tall, it's 5' tall now. It's dense enough for the nighttime flashlight maze.
I should have some easy mid week shifts as most people are shying away from the heat.

62 working its way up to 86...but I see a low of 44 coming later this week. Need rain.

Happy Birthday, late, to Mark's wife. Hope she had a good one.

Mostly, glad you got the A/C fixed...too hot down there.

Don, thanks for the idea on my Mom's bedroom, but it won't work. You were smart to move to a 1-floor place with good amenities early. I'm also looking to get her a "Help, I've Fallen..." necklace. Anyone have any experience with these? Seems I saw a thread a while back, so will look.

Roy, hoping your wife and you are well quickly. Bum luck.

Found the wasp nest responsible for my sting 2 weeks ago...under a table on the front porch...in a hard to reach corner. Zapped it this morning.
Kyle, have the kids adjusted to being back in school?

68°F and some light fog this morning, going up to 98° today. Whew, that's gonna be warm in a welding shop.

Haven't had any in many years, SC, but when I still drank, Labatt's Blue was always my first choice ... back when it was still Labatt's with the apostrophe s, before InBev bought every brewery in the world. Never been to Canada, but my best friend tells me that the fresh stuff up there is worlds better that what gets shipped to The States. And, that's really the case with most beers. The Budweiser we get here in the St. Louis area is noticeably better than what I've had in other places where shipping and storage are involved.

Good morning, gents.

Good Morning
It’s 65 and going past 80 with sunny skies today.

Yesterday was a typical day, did some string trimming by the road to put up signs for Wife’s alpaca open house this weekend. But mostly was in the shop. Finished the router templates and got the cutouts done in the speaker.

Finished the day with a visit to DIL and grandson, son is out of town, grandson was asking for nana and I.
Quick dinner and off to Oddfellows meeting. Had to get there a little early to change a lock set.

Today starts with breakfast with the professor, wife is coming along as well. Then back to speaker, I need to get it finished and out the door.

After creating a turbocad account, they sent me back an email with my account name and PASSWORD in the email. How stupid of them. I sent back an email Really? I promptly changed the password. I was expecting another email with the new password but didn’t get one.
Don't worry, they send that on a postcard :)

I have looked into them about a year ago. They get complicated fast. There are lots of options. Base stations, land line vs cell phone options, inside and outside options, options when she is away from the house, shower options, etc. . . . My Mom has a cell phone she carries as a "necklace".

There really is no perfect handle for large, heavy equipment. Those dish handles are OK because they stay out of the way and keep the balance closer to the center, yet are sometimes ergonomically awkward for the same reason. Spring handles solve that problem, but make it a wider load. I really like pocket handles, when they're done right, but they're not the most feasible for large cabinets.

Nice work on the cutout.
