Good morning!!!!

let's see, cool damp fog (where is Eric when we need him?) or 90 and 90?
what happens with the latter is kaboom, Buckeye's storm headed this way I'm sure

too much cool damp fog? Sounds drippy

I guess we are blessed with getting the right amount of rain here. Sometimes droughts in August but not usually.
Rain is so important, makes everything grow

heard a loud crash, wasn't sure if from road or delivery. Boxes on front walkway, just sort of chucked there.
Thankfully my trans oil was pretty durable. The big long box turned out to be seriously heavy, that was what likely fell flat with a bang.
Turns out it's the big calcite filters I ordered to add a third filter to my house water filter system. I ordered two, and boy are they heavy.
Rock, guess they should be. Housing not yet arrived, might not have been Prime. These big filter cartridges weren't; came from some company
I never heard of. That's today's commerce.

Lots of thunder booming going on. Periods of heavy rain which the guage won’t register probably with power off.
Storms moving in E SE direction. Lots north of me in PA.

Still West of me, but looks like it's going to get noisy out soon.

tomorrow I tackle the golf cart steering wheel again.
If one of these won't fit in the deep hole, I'm going to have to drill plastic a little

we were skunked on rain, not a drop. Too bad, could have used it, now a dry spell ahead.
we water, we water, we water

endless zoom meeting, my last official duty as head of church. Gave the caretaker a ten percent raise due to high inflation.
everything is going to cost more this year

Light work today was nice. I got the water tank, mixer, forks, burn barrel, and the 4x4's moved into 'storage'.... well not the 4x4's, they just got moved out of the way. The tractor is sure handy for stuff like this, saves struggling with the weight.

Nice day weather wise. High temp was 82°, under mainly cloud cover. A few storms on the surrounding countryside, but again, not a drop here. Hopefully some rain will make it here.

Time for a creamsicle on the porch.....

Everyone have a great evening.

Good (Wednesday) morning. The overnight Low 'officially' said 3.5C but my thermometer indicated 0.9C @ 0600 so there was some dew but no frost. Clear sky and a gentle breeze today with a predicted High of 12C.

It's 'in to town' day for groceries and I'll need to open the Church Hall this evening for an AA meeting. Hopefully we can locate the groups' key so that I won't have to do this 'opening' for the next fortnight.

Not much else going on; take care all.
