Good morning, low temp 10 and going down to a high of 5°F. Wind NNW 13 mph. light snow flurries. So far we've got 1/4". As much as I like snow, I also like to see it gone. It has almost overstayed its' welcome.

I was going to put the BH on next week, but I think I will wait until the end of April.

I guess after the dump run today I will go back into conservation mode.

Have a safe day all

Roy that sounds normal, the people that need to know something don't. :(
Roy hope you got your chore done.
Roy thanks for video, cool violin :)
Roy sorry about no dump run.
In this case, the customer uses a 3rd party agency to receive and inspect the product (aircraft engine fan blades). There's been a number of problems with this since the agencies are there to provide warm bodies...but not necessarily qualified warm bodies...and internal communications are lacking at this customer

Did what I did...no hurry...

Although never a big fan of Peter Gabriel, this video was great, wasn't it?

Dump ain't going anywhere...

35° right now...high, about 40°...snow showers this morning.

Unless the wifey needs something, probably just gonna kick back, watch some vids and drink a few brews...life is good!!

Roy, I forget if anyone posted them before but there are a couple of videos of Tommy playing with Jerry Douglas that are pretty good. One is Choctaw hayride.

txdon said, "Roy and Bird, even though EGO batteries never go on sale, sometimes Ace hardware has a storewide sale. The one in Liberty Hill had one today with 50% off one item up to $50. So I got another 2.5Ah battery for my EGO edger/weedeater/blower/hedge trimmer for just $109. I only spent $6 in gasoline to get the $50 off."

Sure sorry I missed out on that when I recently bought the new 7.5 Ah battery at an ACE Hardware store, but so far both my 2.5 Ah batteries seem to be holding up just fine.

50° this morning at 6 a.m. and forecast to go to 90° today. I spread the Scott's fertilizer yesterday morning, then ran two sprinklers for about 5 hours to water it in.

Good Morning.
It’s 35 with a high around 40 for today.

Yesterday we intermittent light showers with various types of precipitation, but the ground stayed basically dry.
I spent the day in the shop making good progress building speakers. Did venture out for lunch and to help oldest son move some furniture. Youngest came by to do a little project in the shop as well.

Today, it’s back to the shop to continue with the progress before it’s time to head out to Wichita for recurrent training. The good news is that we are not using the airlines, there are no direct flights, making it an all day ordeal, so I rationalized that we should fly out in the plane that we are getting the training for. Now I can’t miss my flight, and it will leave when I feel like going, probably late in the day after I’ve made some progress in the shop. And I get to pick what’s on the dinner menu.

Nice work on that rod Kyle. Looks like a nice lathe and tooling. I like the thread cutting tool. I can remember grinding my own before getting carbide inserts. But the old way worked, just not as quick or convenient.
