BEF, it's a 21 footer inside, overall 25'. The furnace is on the back, just right of centerline, under the fridge. The WH is on the right rear corner, perpendicular to the furnace. Here is a floorplan.

Nice layout! About what I want, little shorter than mine. Ours has u shape table plus a short couch in the slide, I don’t fit behind table very well and like the couch.

The DILs suicide is off for now. Good thing. Junior can now save some money to cover the funeral cost$. No North Bay trip tomorrow and that suits me just fine.
My age? 9 months and 6 days short of 76.
