60 and 81 are today's numbers. Cloudy now, should lad to rain late.
Kyle, sorry about your daughter's accident. Glad you got her home safely. She'll have tales to tell of how she got that scar. I went to a couple of those BYOT junkyards looking for a part for my 4Runner...they had only 2 of my model type, and had been reduced to bare skeletons. I was only looking for a bracket clamp to hold down the battery and refused to pay the dealer $40. No luck, so I made my own by cutting, bending and drilling an old piece of hollow aluminum rod to fit. But it was fun to see all the old vehicles, some with lots of parts left...I guess they were less desirable cars.
I hope you guys with knee problems are on the mend. Don, they need you on the trail crew!
Finally went to see a surgeon yesterday to see about getting my hernia repaired. I've let it go too long, but was always "too busy" to have to go the 6 weeks recovery without lifting over 10 lbs, going hiking, or driving the tractor, etc. I had this same hernia "fixed" in 2001, so this doctor's gonna use some polyester mesh and do it laparoscopically. Gonna wait until after my son's wedding later this month. Guess I'll have to teach my wife how to drive the zero-turn and let her in the secret of how much fun it is.
