Good morning, the temperature is 13°F and going to 34. Wind S 3 mph. 60% chance of flurries.

Trip to Sudbury went off without a hitch. The Dodge averaged 23 mpg (US Gallon). There is some heat to the sun, I parked at the hospital shut the car off and slept in the sun. 4 hours. We left the house at 9:30, (always leave an hour earlier in case of some fool playing bumper cars) arrived in the hospital parking lot at exactly 12 noon. One hour early, but that is better than late.

Paul, sometimes I wish that my Masters in English cousin was still alive so I could consult with her on my proper use of English. She retired from New York University 10 years ago. She taught there for 30 or so years.

I don't know what that red bird is, but the picture is awesome. Why don't you try to sell some of your pictures to Hallmark cards? Could be an extra income for you.

Dump run and town today. The Jeep gets to go out play for a bit. First time in two weeks that it will have run.

Have a safe day all

I don’t know what her overall condition is, but I can say that getting a stent is breeze compared to most procedures. If it improves the quality as it did mine? It’s worth the overnight stay.
Doc said I’d be able to talk to them but I wouldn’t remember anything. I remember the whole procedure down to the discussion of which size stent to use. But I was relaxed and thought it was kind of cool listening to all that.

Found this notice this afternoon here:

"Notice: TractorByNet will be down for upgrades starting February 26 at 11PM EST through February 27 at 5PM EST."

The sky is falling! The sky is falling!:pullinghair:

Guess I'll see you all on the other side...

27 right now...dropping to 18 tonight.

Since TBN will be offline tomorrow, here's tomorrow morning post:
The forecast is snow turning to rain tomorrow...high about 40. I'll make the decision if I should clear the snow, or just wait for Sunday's predicted 42 degrees. I'll probably take one pass to get the sloppy stuff off the drive and walks.

If I don't post tomorrow, I'll "see" you guys Sunday!!
Only chore is a dump run...maybe pick up a bottle of vodka since I have a hankering for a Moscow Mule (Vodka, ginger beer and some lime juice...very tasty drink!
Probably a movie or two...

Good evening. 61 F @ 4:30PM. Partly cloudy skies. Low 41F. Winds NNW at 5 to 10 mph.
Seems to be clouding up but I'm still hoping for a sunset during which to enjoy a sundowner and some music. Maybe a camp fire if the wind cooperates.

Long day of shotgunning, or at least working on a shotgun. Installed a new trigger and springs the other day, put a box of shells through it without problems, then did some more shooting yesterday. Started getting misfires. It's always the last thing you did, so I put the original magazine tube back on it, with the original spring, and no change. So out came the trigger parts, back in with the originals, and back to normal. Replaced the new parts one-by-one, and something called the disconnector seems to be bad. Put the factory part in and all is well. Got a note in to the seller asking for some help...

Signed up for a Home Defense Shotgun class at the local range in a couple weeks, and I'm looking forward to it. Last one I went to was a lot of fun, and we sure went through some targets. They don't last long, especially as the range gets up there.

With no TBN tomorrow, it looks like I'll get to sleep in!

Hope everyone enjoys a great weekend.

They are letting their cut seed potatoes harden. They are dusted with sulphur.

What’s the purpose of this? I’ve always just cut and drop in the ground.
Stopped in southern states for seed potatoes. They were out of kennebeck.
Last year I got Pontiac instead, wife doesn’t like them. They don’t cook as well.

Today was a rest and relax day. I think I have read every post on TBN in the last couple days.

I told the wifey she had to transfer some money over to our spending account. Of course she asked 'why'?.... I told her TBN is going to be down until 5 pm tomorrow and that I will be spending a lot of time on Ebay..... I got " the look", then she said that she was going to send a bill to Muhammad!

Hope to talk to you guys tomorrow night!

37° with rain moving in.

Took some training yesterday on an analyzer that does WiFi testing. Pretty interesting and expensive.

Picked up pizza on way home. They were busy, long wait.

LS, good job on septic. I never got a pic of mine, was at work when it all went in. Looks dry there where you’re at. Threw that preposition in for PJ.

Pj, good luck with Tx property.

My son wants to move to TN. If he goes I might follow.

My brother moved to rehab section of hospital. He has been in a month now, for something he thought would be an overnight visit. That was like one of my surgeries around 3 yrs ago, I wasn’t in long, but the healing took 2 months before I could go back to work.

Finally heard back from soil and water district where dad lives regarding his forestry plan. All they do is give you names, they gave me a list. you have to get the plan done, they don’t help. Property lines has to be painted every 60 ft, and they sell cans of paint at cost.
Dad says he’s not doing it.

What to do with my free time tomorrow?

Well I guess TBN made it through! Not sure if I like the new format or not....
like everything, it will just take time to get used to....
I don't see any emoji key.... mmmm
Also missing is the ever sought after "like" key....

Super windy here today, kicking up a bunch of dirt! Put me in a really bad mood. Not so much the wind, but all the dirt is caused from the 2 neighbors that have abused and raped the land to the point of not one stick of grass is left.

there are now a total of 4 neighbors that are REAL CLOSE to filing a civil lawsuit for damages....just have to find a good attorney....

Good Evening All.

I hope everyone had a good day. We had rain this morning and a cloudy afternoon. Stayed in the low 40's. More rain forecast for tomorrow will probably be the end of the current snow pack. Don, I hope that the vaccine side effects abate. The good news is that you can be assured that your body has "noticed the invader" and is mounting the defense.

Have a great rest of the weekend.

Frank
