Another cold related question. Another tractor driver reported tonight that when he was moving mulch yesterday the tractor died out several times. Could we have a gelling of the diesel problem after that week of severe cold?

Could have, if the diesel was untreated ... at least while it was cold ... shouldn't persist after it warms up though.

The meltdown continues...

Got my first Pfizer shot this afternoon. Had to drive to the west side of Harrisburg. It was a 4 day clinic put on by Capital Blue Cross. They were doing 250 shots a day. Busy Place. I wasn't the only person that looked a little nervous to be out among people again. Everyone had some sort of mask. My wife's sister tipped her off to this thing. She was on the phone for over an hour. The hold message said to use the web site but there were no appointments available there.

Glad you were able to get hooked up ...

Have you noticed that there are a lot of attractive young women doing medical work or have I just been home too long? Of course I got a very large male pharmacist. Didn't hurt a bit.

Was very impressed with our new UPS driver that dropped off the new monitor yesterday.

A definite upgrade over the previous one ... and very nice personality to boot ...

RNG, the phone on airplay finds the notebook and then after a wile says failed. The notebook airdrop is set for "everyone".

Yea, got the Moderna second shot, they did 100 people per hour and I was out of the neighborhood ballroom at 10am. To celebrate, I booked a cruise.

Thanks, I'll check everything out next week when I do the 600hr maintenance.

Pretty sure AirDrop relies on Bluetooth, so the phone and laptop should be within a few feet of each other for best results.

Are you an iCloud user? If you are, and you snyc your photos to iCloud on the phone, they will automagically appear on your laptop, too. Or so I understand; I don't have the data allotment or network speed to let me take advantage of iCloud (at least not until Starlink comes to the sticks around here).

Phone and laptop were sitting next to each other. I am not a cloud user. I'll figure it out. At least I can still inset phone photos with just a slight delay.

When I take photo with my phone or iPad it ends up on all my devices.

26-54 today, heavy rain moving in tonight, off and in through Monday. We could do without it for a couple of weeks.

I get my second round of Moderna tomorrow. Ellen had her first shot of Pfizer last Saturday, my daughter had both of hers and son in law has first Moderna. I’m not sure about my son and his wife. We are getting there.

I’ve been lazy today, washed some clothes while Ellen took her dad to get his first shot. Took a load of donations to HALO, went to the drugstore and generally took it easy, still have to pickup groceries.

I’m watching what appears to be a family and two dogs playing way out in the field across the road. I wish I could still do that, but since my health issues in 2019 it’s been a struggle just to do normal everyday things. I’m better but I’m older so it’s unlikely to get back to pre illness condition. I’m fortunate to be this good after having septic pneumonia and having to learn to walk again, then six weeks later having a heart conversion, a stent, then later the aorta valve replacement. If I could get my old parts to work as well as my replacement parts, I’d be doing great.
