Did not waist time watching. Watched Supercross replay from last night's races instead.

good morning all. 20 out now going up to low 40's in sunshine. Chilly for sure.
glad to see some of you are getting shots scheduled. My older brother and wife in VA has his scheduled for next week.
I have no idea what local reality is, no one is talking, though website says they are still working on medical workers.

Toppop, after the upbeat yesterday, stock market went up nicely. But I think market is overvalued (think Tesla) and
challenges to economy will continue. Market heavily affected by fear and uncertainty, hopefully that at least will calm down now.

Or get worse, we shall see.

Glad that states are administering the C virus shots...If run well, can look like West Virginia, where 99.6% of their vaccines are "in the arms." If run badly, about a third have been administered, like here. I don't think a federally run plan could have matched WV's performance.

Well, that's largely speculation at this point - but one thing is for sure: when ya don't actually have a plan to follow, not much in the way of results should be expected.

A lot can be learned from looking at states that perform well and then adopting the best parts. Now, all of a sudden, Amazon is offering to help. How many people died while they sat on their hands?

Like certain people saying they don稚 trust the vaccine for months, because certain other people were responsible for the vaccine getting produced 3-5 years sooner than those people said was possible.

Well, that doesn't really make much sense ... but I think it's safe to say, that anyone that was actually responsible for getting the vaccine produced weren't too much of a cause for concern.

Those that could interfere with getting it produced, well, that's probably a slightly different story ... :laughing:

Speaking of months, I think in the coming months, we are going to learn a whole lot more about the entire matter - including what kind of help/guidance the states got about preparing from the federal level.

Didn稚 accomplish much yesterday, took the dogs to the groomer, watched some of the coverage from DC, glad that it was uneventful.

Headed to Washington, PA this morning for some maintenance, I知 hoping all goes well and I get to come home today, which is the plan.

I致e got to look into how to sign up for a vaccination, as I知 hearing that anyone over 65 is eligible in PA now.

So PA says go for it, all with Vaccine say we don't have it. And now the person who set this up is going to the Whitehouse.......

Didn't get much done yesterday outside of day job. Heard one of my coworkers is retiring, she's only 93, will miss her, really nice lady

Was really quiet went I took dog for walk this morning, half way down driveway a red tail flies overhead. Not another bird to be seen..smart birds

One of the things I have really enjoyed about this thread over the years is the lack of political snarkiness that seems to permeate the rest of the internet. Sure would hate to see that start here, too.
