my first dinner in new kitchen
50/50 mix of baby spinach and baby greens, salmon with spicy plum chutney on top,
pickled beets and broccoli salad. The latter had almost no mayo in it
All very healthy, low calorie and low fat.
which will allow me to have a nice bowl of no sugar added Breyers ice cream for dessert.
Local Giant supermarket has all kinds of healthy food options that the NC Food Lion did not.

rain just started, will water the mums outside nicely I hope.

Good evening. Still 65, never got to 70 today, was hazy and cloudy all. Got some rain last night, was trying to drizzle at sunset.

Spent most of the afternoon on the the tractor yesterday. Likely last major mowing of the season. Back was sore when I was finished. Kinda odd as usually the NH doesn稚 bother my back. Went to have Mexican last night. Today was grocery shopping. We came home and I took a nap. Also unusual. Woke up and got ready for a trip tomorrow, then serviced both chain saws, including sharpening chains.

Have to go to southern WV tomorrow and see if I am right about a glitch in default software settings. Been an odd issue a few people report, but it has grown over the last week. Friday was pretty hectic because some people had their hair on fire. I had the software open and was looking at an actual coil and the light came in, you can稚 run a 0.8A coil at 800 mA and expect the coil and driver not to get hot and fault. Going to have to make stroke limiter changes and limit the hydraulic function electronically instead of mechanically. I know it will be a long day, 7 hours on the road round trip. Plus spend time with the end user to be sure the changes work. All this because engineering added a feature that was an answer to a question no one ever asked.

Everyone stay safe out there

Looks great, glad it’s working out for you.
You do realize that comparing any Super Giant to any Food Lion, is apples and oranges, no pun intended. If you ever went into a Harris Teeter you’d find anything one could reasonably want.

62F and cloudy @ 22:00, headed down to 60F for the overnight low.

Leaves are looking they are getting real close to peak. Meant to get a pic looking north from down by the house ... they are a sight. Will try to remember tomorrow.

Finished mowing and removed MMM and put on FEL/box blade.

The Woman went with a friend to return her grandkids to the parents so she was gone for most of the afternoon.

Hauled 5 bucketloads of mulch down and spread.

Screened 5 bucketloads of compost, hauled two buckets down and used it to top dress the hosta in front of the northeast planting bed. These were all planted in holes I drilled with the PHD and the 12" auger ... not sure exactly what happened on that, settling or what - but they each ended up being an inch or two below grade.

Also did some weeding and watering as I was doing that. Emptied Water Buffalo.

Woman ran and picked up chow at Tito's ... I had the Arroz con Mariscos and she had a pork Chimi ... which she said was very salty (looks like I'll be cleaning the rest of that up ...)

Did not get nyjer feeders filled ... :(

Heading up in a minute or two to work on the blower ... probably remove the old u-joint out of the driveshaft tonight and clean up the shaft.

Gonna be warm tomorrow, so I need to get the yoke painted. May pressure wash the fan and the rest of the unit as well.

Hope everyone had a great day.

Yeah I did...after I picked it up, I put it in a closet/gun cabinet and forgot about the pistol...shame on me!
Although I have a pretty gun collection of firearms, there's only a few I shoot on a regular basis. I guess I should start selling some, but I hate selling guns!
