I’m testing products with the software I wrote. Also troubleshooting issues that don’t pass.
Some of my work I can do from home, but been going in 4 days a week.

Stopped by sons apartment after work and brought a dresser back home.

Buckeye, working 10 hours was a normal for me. Those do got to be old by the time I retired after 36 years. I did do consulting for a few year after that. But I picked the jobs I wanted to work.
.
Just realized I’ve been working 37 yrs now. No wonder I’m tired.

I also like the early Buffet stuff the best, I like certain tracks of all the albums liken Barometer Soup, but overall I enjoy the pre 1980 stuff the most. Saw him in concert at what was then Nissan Pavilion, now Jiffy Lube alive I believe, in Manassas , VA in 1995. Best show of the thirty or so I’ve seen. Three rows back from the orchestra pit.

I saw him in Columbia. Md years ago. Saw Chicago at Nissan pavilion, and a few others.

Do you have a landline?

I did until last month, never, ever used it, nobody new has been given the number in five years or more, saved $24 a month which pays my cell bill. I had the triple play but dropped the phone part. I kept the two hundred mb Internet and cable.

Good evening! Went to Mom's today to celebrate her birthday and took Whipper and let her go off leash. The first thing Whipper did in remembering the country was remembering the smells and rolled in a nice fresh pile of cow manure. My brother was there and we hooked up Mom's trailer and cut 5 loads of brush and tree limbs from the from fence and yard. Taking the cuttings to the gully I think I hit 20 cow pies which splattered under the truck. We gave Whipper a bath but when we stopped by the car wash on the way home with the ac off and the windows up my wife said poor Whipper still smells like country. I got the truck cleaned and as soon as we got home Whipper got a long warm soapy shower. The country smells are finally gone. But back to the country again in two days to attend a cousin's funeral with social distancing and face mask (not a covid death). Whipper will have to stay home.

A bit of a nip in the air this morning, someone has been pushing cold air our way. Even with all day sunshine the high is set for no higher than 12C/53F.

Wng, I was thinking about Robert Gortex too, when I put on my bright yellow gore-tex jacket to go out in yesterdays downpour. I remember what a hard choice it was to spend so much on that rain jacket some thirty odd years ago, but I finally justified it on the basis of how much money I was saving by riding a mountain bike to work instead of driving. Like my other original Karrimor, bought before the brand was sold, it has proved to be incredibly well made and although a little grubby (not that the sheep complain), is still going strong, perfect for wet autumn and spring weather.

LS, lots of polymers that would previously last for ages are now unsuitable in fuel systems since governments decided to promote bio fuels in the same tank without understanding the full consequences. Not sure if you should blame those pesky fatty acid methyl esters for liking the taste of your pump :licking: - or a politician :confused2:
