First time I ever saw a rose breasted grosbeak was yesterday evening at the feeder

Happy Anniversary Love Birds!

Buppies, our grosbeaks were back today, and a pair of catbirds showed up. A big hawk that hangs around sometimes was sitting in a front yard tree while I was watching the birds with binoculars, when it swooped down and caught a small pine cone, since that is a spot the sparrows like. It gripped and squeezed until satisfied it wasn't a sparrow...then jumped about 10 feet to grab another, then another. I'm guessing that hawk needs bifocals.

Rich, I check the Bing pix everyday...so many beautiful things and places. Glad to know you do, too.

Randy, sorry about your plumbing challenge...glad you fixed it.

Thomas, you're brave to chase a bear. (Note to self: don't try to hide bird food from bears). Are you sure you don't want any more snow? Those last pix were beautiful.

Oh and I made it to Rural King for Mulch. It went well. Everyone was wearing mask and keeping social distance.

You looked comfortable flying that...did you get a little worried when you brought it back that close to land it? It's neat seeing your forsythia in bloom, and your trees naked...been a while since it looked that way around here.

I still don't understand why, of all things, toilet paper is scarce during a virus pandemic. This is just nuts.

Toilet paper isn't scarce. It's just the nice stuff they sell for home use that is/was scarce.
Think of where it's being used now - Mostly at home. Used to be most working people spent 1/3 of their life at work, where they used the office toilet paper.
Now that's all at home.
And I read that the manufacturers are having trouble switching the line over to "home TP".

Nice, Ron. You guys are making me want a drone. I've thought about it in the past, but just never did it. I've been spending too much on music gear this year, though, to get a drone purchase approved by the CFO.

67°F and .07 inches rain.

Taking wife in for eye Dr followup. Appears the medication has been effective on the infection but not on her vision hasn’t improved. Will be interesting.

While in town will brave the elements and run a few errands.

Nice job, Ron. You've got a beautiful lawn there and lots of open space. Not as easy as it looks to find the landing spot, is it? I bet it won't be long before we see some wing-to-wing video with your birds...:thumbsup:
