Hope everyone is riding out the doom and gloom forecasters OK.
Seems like we may be in for a nasty 6 weeks or so,
hope all on here weather it well,
seem like quite a few have the existing conditions and age that increase the severity.

Have a local guy that does lots of drone videos this is the area I live in, thought some might like this drone footage,

finished a nice healthy salad with a little chicken and ham on it, now for some ice cream with cut up strawberries on top.

Catchment plumbing basically done. All lines in and cemented.
Need a good rain or 2 to flush out debris etc before installing the filter. need to reinforce a couple of places and adjust the hangars.
This was designed to be a dry system, empties self of water between rains.

Good evening. Gots lots of errands done today, without too much interaction with crowds..... found some TP! I only bought a pack of six rolls... I wouldn’t be able to sleep tonight thinking that I didn’t share the bounty!

We stopped by the local Walmart today... they had a guy standing out front to inform everyone that the store was closed until further notice.... there was a fire in the solar power system. I heard all the sirens yesterday, but did not know where they were going.... at least it was not some crazy that got mad because there was no TP!

Max is home, definitely mad at me.... he just does not understand what happened today....

Did not get a chance for any tractor time today... tomorrow is another day!

Neighbor called me.... he is not expected to be back until around 11 pm our time.... way past my bedtime.... I will help him unload tomorrow....

I think driving in the big city today was more stressful than I thought.... I now have a neck strain that is really bugging me... took some ibuprofen w/o any relief. Hopefully a good nights sleep will help...

Well just wanting to check in with the activities of the day.

Good evening all. 51F for the start, over cast, light breeze, .6 inch in rain gauge. Overcast all day, fog drizzle most of day, light wind most of day, and high temp of 61F. No choir practice this morning, putter on computer, bike ride early afternoon, clean leaves on front porch, need to clean leave on roof from live oak. Had dinner with another couple from subdivision. remembered to present elbow when he left . Pic Scooter at vet after neuter visit.

Up to yesterday, the attempts to contain coronavirus were said to be causing the biggest disruption to society in the UK since WW2. Now people of all ages have been told not to go to the pub, something that even ****** didn't achieve.

Anyone else enjoy a bit of R.E.M ? It's the end of the ...

Good morning, the temp is 19°F and going to a high of 36. Wind SSW 7 mph. Flurries.

The weather guessers said we would get about an inch of snow overnight...They lied. 1/8" at the most.
They are claiming another inch today, I won't hold my breath.

I'm not sure what I am going to get up to today, might drop the oil in the tractor, might not.
This time of year for me is a waiting game. Waiting for the goobermint to release 3500$ of my hard-earned scheckles.

Had the leftover pork chop from yesterdays' supper with a twist. I cut it up into bite-sized pieces and made them swim in maple syrup. Ate the pork and drank the syrup. It is all natural, nothing done to the pork other than cooking it and maple syrup.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! Yes, there was cake! Small get together with just 6 of us from family.
Worked all day at my sister's getting drywall hung so the cabinets can be installed next week. I love doing this side job stuff so it was a great day.
Looks like 29 today with a rain/snow mix early going to high 40's. Off from real work today so will start the mudding process in the kitchen update.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 35° with light rain this morning. Heading to 48° with sun in afternoon. Only thing I got done yesterday was listen to a Audible book. All 13 hours. I have over 50 books that I can listen to over the next month. I need to get out and start getting some of the projects finished that have piled up in my shop. 6 months since my wife passed. Not a good time.
Radio station personalities I listen to are working from home using facetime .

Eric, I have used WWII as a example of what may have happened here in the states. I was born in 1942. So I do not remember how it was. My Aunt remembers.

Good morning all. Cooler morning, in low 40's going up to high 50's with showers at lunch.
I have absolutely nothing planned, which is a delight...probably will go plant more flowers.
heat wave coming in later this week, two days in the 80's. That will make plants bloom for sure.

CT scan said I had a growth on my adrenal glands, likely benign, but means another trip to endocrinologist.
Might have something to do with my symptoms, maybe not. Maybe just a red herring too.

btw, I think I put only about one ounce of baked chicken and sliced ham on the salad. Trying to cut down on amount of meat eaten.
I've eating veggie burgers, but primary doc reminded me to read label, some are worse that beefburgers for fat and salt.
