good morning all.
light rain overnight, ending this morning, temps steadily dropping.
Oh Boy, I see the S word in the forecast for tomorrow, 1-3 inches. Say it ain't so... then more tomorrow night,
total accumulation 3-5 inches. Now that will send this area into a tizzy.
And a low of 20 on Friday night will definitely damage some tender shrubs. Blooms have been late this year, despite the warm weather
so have my fingers crossed.
After five days no one called to schedule my neck epidural. So I had to escalate and finally got a call saying this Friday they will give me a neck
epidural, but never told me who would be doing it. The local hospital chain has an incestuous relationship with local radiology group and in my opinion outsources
too much to them. Procedure in radiology outpatient surgery office but no idea who is doing it. Have had constant problems with radiology group and I think they are the cause of the very slow response I have been getting. May just be result of bean counting but when one is in a lot of pain waiting weeks for medical establishment to respond is aggravating in all kinds of ways. I've had lots of these neck epidurals over last 15 years, so hope this one will work also. If it doesn't, my rv days are over, which would not be good at all. When I move, quality of local hospital is a critical factor for me. I was spoiled in PA, everything was reviewed and operations scheduled with Univ of PA in Philadelphia and boy were they good. Locally they just aren't in same league so I have to watch everything carefully.
landscapers coming this morning to do an odd job, unbolt and haul off my broken stair chair. Electrician could not fix, and got shocked a bunch of times and we all want this chair in the dump now. It was only a nice to have, and for sure, right now I would have liked to use it with my weak legs. But better nothing there than a broken one or a new 5k chair.
Snow....hmmmm. Better get my brand new unused electric snowblower out. Nice thing about electric is it always, always starts...
