28F now dropping low 20"s with gusty winds.
Weather station saying couple snow squalls could add up to 1-3 inches and they way it snowing now adding up fast.

Got everything done I wanted even made some home made flannel hash. :licking:
Soon as the squall ends put goodies out for the fox's dinner.

Enjoy the evening all.

As reported earlier, the snow last night was a bust- less than an inch. At about 9am, though, we had a snow squall that lasted maybe 20 minutes, but deposited almost 2” of fluff. Since the plow was already on the tractor I hooked up the hydraulics and “played” .

Thanks for sharing. Very interesting and well conducted research. BTW, If I read this right, the highest risk gout patients were reported to have eaten the equivalent of 6.4 pounds of meat over the 2 days. That's a lot.

I don't see the 6.4 pounds in 2 days. Where is it? I do see this quote:
"the amount of purine from various foods consumed over the 2-day period was based on dietary recall according to the serving size and number of servings of each food consumed; thus, recall bias is possible."

Eric, I am finding similar with car battery. But at least I get out and drive over 10 miles a couple of times each week. My car still has original battery after 5 years. First owner got it in October of 2014.
You know I grew up in the service station and auto parts business with my Dad, and Fleet Management used to be part of my job in the police department, and now . . . . well, my 2017 Ford Escape just turned over 30k miles, gets driven a few miles almost every day and will be 3 years old in about 3 months . . . and . . . I don't even know where the battery is; don't see it when I raise the hood. Of course I do keep my AAA membership up to date.

Got a question for you Bird,
With your AAA what do they do with these new cars with no spares?
My wife was wanting me to get AAA for her till she saw the price.
Thanks

Bird my Kia battery is under the spare in the truck and I had to negotiate to get a spare otherwise it would be a can of flat fix.
There is a connecting terminal under the hood to jump start it.

Staying in the house. Already down to 12°. Hope it warms up before morning.

Feel your pain Ron. It’s supposed to get down to 60° here tonight and up to 77° tomorrow.

I’ll throw a jacket in the tractor tomorrow ... in your honor, while running the tractor cab A/C.
