Vacation sounded great Jay.

OT and PT came today. OT saw what i could do and said i didnt need OT. I didn't think i needed it, but wanted them to say it.

PT went well. Forgot to ask how often hes coming. His main thing was do the exercises slow and in control, and dont rush. Do them several times a day.

Now it's pay bills time..

I would fire the doc that want's to cut a tendon.

I 2nd the Fire the Doc plan.

I dealt with PF a few years back and solved mine with custom shoe inserts. No pain when wearing them and eventually quit altogether.

Thanks for foot input. I've worn the custom orthotics religiously for six months.
I've had the ten laser treatments and now he is trying four more
treatments, free of charge...
The boot is very bad for me, as it throws off my balance, which is not good with meniere's disease vertigo.
I asked doc if I needed an MRI. He seemed to think not. Well, if four more laser treatments don't do the job,
unlikely I'll try surgery. And then he pulls out of the blue, well 5 percent can be tied to L4-L5 neuropathy and guess what,
I've had L5 removed. I think he is fishing for answers. I asked my primary about him and he was well respected.

got a call today in response to ad in Craigs List to sell my Woodmaxx chipper. When he saw it had 13 hours on it in three years, didn't complain about my price.
He lives in Raleigh and owns a swimming pool company, too bad he didn't call me last week, could have taken it to him when I went to the rv show which he said was five
miles from his home. Oh well. Good thing, looking for shed space for implements getting displaced by rv.
Continuing to declutter.

Jay, sounds like a nice trip.
I would recommend you figure out how many years - just in case the question comes up

Blades and belt for bandsaw arrived early. Spent time installing those and adjusting saw. Made some practice cuts on some scrap square aluminum tube I had. The frame for my FOPS style sun shade will be built from Aluminum square stock so I have a new skill to learn. Current plan calls for 12 joints to be cut. Not sure this will be a quick project

Being he’s wearing crossed rifles of an infantry officer, quite appropriate. Young Crawford should have been under cover though.
