Arby says: "Arby's takes aim at the meatless phenomenon taking over the fast food industry by creating a meat-based carrot . . . "

Oh, OK. Where is "no meatless phenomenon" that is taking over the fast food industry? I sure haven't seen it in my little part of Texas.

Has anyone seen the "IMPOSSIBLE BURGER" in the fast food industry which I reviewed yesterday?

First I've heard of this except when you are on some types of medication, like blood thinners, and the meds mess with your metabolism.

It was decades ago. I don't remember the exact symptoms. Maybe pains in his legs/knees?

Anyway, the Dr must've been pretty smart and 1 of his questions was "do you eat many greens?" , my brother was eating at Luby's cafeteria almost daily and usually got 2 helpings of greens, and a salad. Anyway, I don't remember the exact details but he backed off the greens and his symptoms went away. He was probably pre-diabetic then.

watered all the nut trees and all the newly planted shrubs and trees, two trips with water wagon and all done.
Then picked tomatoes, and found an unhappy melon that would not get happier. Clay County (Georgia) Yellow Meat watermelon.
Grew this from seeds saved from last year. Good news, lots of seeds. Bad news, lots of seeds to eat around.
Was a little watery, not very sweet, but still good.

Lots of belts get ruined by bad bearings locking up.

They should place signs, going and coming, about the illegality of fireworks.... Also, ask the fireworks stands to just stop this year. Put a detail of cameras recording who's vehicle shows up and buys them, what they buy... Then make sure to escort them out of the area.... But if it's not fireworks, it will be something else. Out here we have homeless who light fires irresponsibly.

Need to go to my Deere dealer and get some filters.

Many years ago, when I was a young patrolman, it was illegal to even POSSESS fireworks in the City of Dallas. I assume it still is. At any rate, if we caught someone with fireworks, we confiscated the fireworks and issued a citation that amounted to about the same thing as a traffic ticket. There were no fireworks stands in the city, but they set up along the roads just outside the city limits. So one year the fire marshal's men parked just inside the city limits, watched with binoculars as people bought fireworks, then stopped them if they came back into the city, confiscated the fireworks and issued citations.

mix lots of alcohol and fireworks and you have a recipe for missing body parts.

always need a designated sober operator, like driving; unlike driving I think sobriety is the exception
It's 9pm, maybe a little later and that's plenty of time to get lubricated.
Personally I like fireworks, set them off at our farm for many years growing up. My Mother's birthday was the Fourth of July and we always
had a nice party and fireworks. Had the fields next to the lawn to do it. Only set fields on fire once. That was all it took...
