Rain moving in, hoping it is gone by morning. Can’t raise money for the cancer patient in the rain.

Got a call from an old friend this morning, retired Snap-On dealer, just shooting the breeze.

Going on a cat/dog food run as well as other errands, hope to get it loaded before the rain is heavy. Those 50lb bags are a lot heavier than they use to be!

Good day and prayers to all.

Tasty looking radishes, Drew

Couldn't resist picking these two radishes yesterday, went in last night's salad.

Two perfect radishes, Drew. I think you're getting the hang of this farmer thing!:laughing:

Would those radishes have just kept getting bigger if left to grow longer, Drew? I ask because the size of the radishes at my local grocery store varies all over the map, and with the size, the weight of the bunches they sell does, too. In winter, the radishes are about penny to nickle size, and sometimes in summer they get big as half dollars. The smaller ones seem hotter, but it takes two bunches instead of the regular one to cover my salad needs for the week.

Don, golf and the woodwork shop might make me want to retire there, lol.
What happens if you want to sell your home there?

My inlaws want to move to low maintenance area, but not a retirement community. Apparently some of the retirement communities, the house reverts back to them when you pass. At least that is inlaws understanding.

The house is yours just like normal real estate. At each sell a very small % goes to the community assoc. I think 1/2 of 1% that the buyer pays.
