I sure agree with that. Our house has the wooden one, and it's . . . OK? . . . but a few years ago, I helped my son-in-law install one of those metal versions in a house and it sure is better.

Our metal attic stair is about 60 years old. I did remove part of it a couple of years ago. Repaired some broken welds.

Got one project completed. Made ramp to raise golf cart up for maintenance. Lawn mower will also fit on it.

Ron, did you modify/improve a HF lift? sure looks handy, just had to crawl around under my golf cart oiling the squeaking leaf springs.

Managed to scratch my itch. After a great deal of effort, got the disc on the new Massey, lot of cat 1 and 2 issues, sure do miss my hydraulic top link, which is on order, but I got it done. And had great fun cleaning the rust off the discs, bit muddy but it was fun.

I can't figure out why MF would attach an electric sensor to the top link pin. Ideas?

I have no idea Don, sent the pic to my dealer and asked him. Must be a nanny of some kind.

right door speaker blew out in Ram pickup. Stock alpine system, very nice for standard. But they sure cheaped out
on the speakers, parts dept quoted me 24 bucks to replace stock speaker. That means it's a three dollar paper cone speaker. Sigh.
But what it is is very low impedance and not sure Crutchfield can match.
Funny thing is I never crank up the stereo. Speaker didn't last four years. Right after the warranty...
Will ask Crutchfield if they have any 2 ohm speakers that will fit.

No, just put a slice in the top side of one with a utility knife. Didnt hurt until i took off last night's gauze, which had set in. Didnt bleed any last time i changed the gauze.

Got a security camera not working, hooked up another, now got 2 not working. Think the power supply might be bad. Did get the 2nd camera working once, but now not working again.

turns out I do have a sensor in my pin...
The draft system is electronic, the wire is going to a sensor in the top link bracket & pin.

the whole concept of draft somehow has eluded me. Like owning a boat and not being able to tie a decent knot.
Hopefully it is automatic on this new tractor. Sure disc'd nicely.
Dealer owner wanted to know where I found land dry enough to disc, he is moaning about the mud on his personal farm, and a lot more wet weather is coming in. Of course, not much to do at this time of year usually.
So both he and I were sitting at our computers...

I have never seen them at HF. But Northern Tool sells them. I got mine from Costco.
I put 1X12's on top of the rails that lift a car up to a 5k lbs. They are 7' long. I made brackets to lock 1x12's in place while cart or mower are driven on to lift.
