Good morning all, 25 going to 38 and sunny with wind. Shoulder still hurting from antibiotics and I moved the 2 x 72 grinder a few days ago and it has hurt worse ever since. Not much sleep for the last few nights. Not a tractor or a crown but I hope to check on a couple I phones today. Wife's is out of memory and my battery is so far down it won't last the day if I use it much. Any ideas on what model to get.

Eric, I bet you are floating on a cloud today, or at least on an air seat. Congrats on the Iseki.

Did a lot of small chores yesterday, did some lopping, but never got to the chain saw...hoping today after haircut and gym.

Just heard a story on local news about a 72 year old lady climbing into a trash compactor to retrieve her keys...it is an automatic model that compacts each time trash (or ladies) are thrown in, and she almost got crushed to death...fortunately another lady was there and pushed the emergency stop button..it took hours to get her out after removing the trash.

30F now mid 30's for high w/on/off showers.

House and shed roofs clean driveway of all left to do snow blow paths after work.
So far lost 4 blue spruces weight of snow. :thumbdown:
E muffin feed little critters take plow off the pickup slow roll to work.

Ron is still on the mend and it's snowing like mad up North. No falls in the snow guys, as I
redfaced admit to landing on my butt in the Ram dealership inside service lane slipping on a wet spot,
though my non siped rubber soles were the real culprit. I actually inspected my shoes afterwards and had an AHA moment,
born to slip. Thankfully did not throw my back or neck out and boy did those service writers come running. Their floor wasn't super non skid either, but it was my fault/wet shoes.

None of us do well with falls any more. Be careful out there.

All I did was purchase an air suspension seat to resolve an health and safety issue in the ageing self employed workforce. It just so happened that the most economical manner to purchase this item was with a tractor attached.

I hereby nominate this marvelous statement for the Tractor Hall Of Fame category, Justification To Wife.
Guaranteed to place way up there.

:laughing:This reminds me of something that happened many years ago when I was a young officer. I got a call one night, well after dark, to an apartment, where I found an attractive well dressed lady, several years older than I was, who said she had left an expensive ring on the kitchen counter by the sink, then she had cleaned up the kitchen and carried the garbage out to the dumpster several hours earlier. And now she remembered the ring and the only place she could think of that it might be was in the dumpster. So we went out there and there had been other garbage put in there after hers. In fact, the dumpster was about half full. And, of course, it was dark out there. I told her I didn't think I could get in there to search through all that garbage, and she asked, "Can you just pick me up and put me in there?" I was most definitely surprised, but I did it.:laughing: And I was even more surprised when she started moving garbage around until she found hers, and found that ring, in less than 10 minutes.

Roy, my 10500 kw generator was in an outbuilding and hooked via a 50 amp circuit to my box. I just turned off the main breaker and couple of others to the HVAC and oven. I could run everything I needed including the well pump and septic lift pump, watch TV, use a burner and run a space heater. Wasn’t ideal, but it worked.

Randy your thoughts are interesting on this upcoming winter a lot of folklore there my grandmother said the same thing. If you start off with an ice storm that’s all you will have.

The tale for this winter lies in January’s outlook and it’s not clear yet but if I had to guess more of the same cold milder wet rinse repeat

Drinking first cup of coffee. 24° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 31° with more clouds. Got Christmas Tree in house yesterday. Will put it and other decorations up with wife's help. Today makes 7 weeks since my arm surgery. Looking forward to next weeks doctor appointment when I should be released for PT and get rid of his darn arm brace.

LS, glad surgery went well. Prayers for good and fast recovery.

RNG, sure hope today is the day you back to your home.

CWB, glad your wife's shoulder is getting better.

Don, I get my Crown on the 12th. Want to compare. :shocked: It will be a off white. I will bet neither of them will compare to a new tractor.

Roy, add a whole house generator to that $30k of projects. Sure am happy I put ours in, in 2005.

I am also looking for a new i-phone for my wife, hers did something weird - it went from 50% to 5% and said it could not send the text from 435 days ago???? She turned it off and recharged it and it started working but it is the model lower than mine. I have a SE and like it because of the size. Her's is a 5s.

Eric I can see the need for the cloud seat with health problems and also how you need the self leveling FEL to remain quiet. If she finds out you can always say the cloud seat only comes in the option package of the SL FEL.

OK Ron, post a pic of your crown and I'll post a pic of mine. Exactly how do you do a tooth selfie??? Flash or no flash??? Maybe we need to get the pic before it is installed.

Take a picture before Dentist puts it in place. Otherwise I will not get a picture of mine.

You can always get a new battery for your current phones.
AT&T has deal on now. Buy one get one free. XR is the current low end phone. They still have some iPhone 7's listed.

The model number listed in her phones "General" setting just changed while she was looking at it from a ME model to a A model. looking it up it's a 5s. Where does it say about the battery's condition?
