Good morning to all! Low temp this morning was a balmy 42 degrees, going up to 55. Major change coming in from CWB's territory tommorow, dropping our temps to the low 30's and snow predicted for Thursday night and Friday. Then another system with more snow on Sunday.
Told the daughter to come down from Colorado on Sunday instead of Monday morning...I won't be able to go rescue her this time...she did get a necessity bag in her Jeep though.
Ed, take care and baby that arm, trust me it won't get better if you don't. Prayers to you for getting better.
Ron, same thing...good luck at th Doc's next week.
RNG, still hoping your time away from home becomes shorter as we speak!
Claye, glad to hear your wife's shoulder is getting better...I'm sure that weather up there isn't helping. Speaking of which, can you make sure that snow stays up there and doesn't come down here like they say? Unless Thomas comes up with that switch to turn off winter.
PJ, I surely do wish you the best of luck dealing with the situation. It's hard to have a past history like that and be able to logically justify doing it again, but on the other hand, once that motherly instinct kicks in....well it's just better to just give in...I hope you find an amicable solution.
Drew, nice that you were able to find a home for the exercise equipment where it will go to good use. A couple of years ago, I had a spinning bike, weight bench with free weights, a seven station universal machine, and a treadmill. Couldn't find a home for any of them...even the local PD or Fire station. They weren't able to take them because they weren't "safety certified"....really? Ended up taking them all down to a Goodwill store. They thought it was great.
Everyone have a great mid-week(hump day). Prayers sent out.
PS: I have actually been a good boy...using the crutches faithfully (except for one brief forgetful moment), and actually laying in bed with it elevated. I do have the countdown timer going: 25 hours and 35 minutes left of non-weight bearing mode....then I can at least try it a little
