Fortunately I managed a quick snap this morning, just before the rain came (It is still a little shy and wanted to hide behind the bales I was moving :)).

Yes it's another Iseki - aren't I boring ! I did have a look at a couple of other colours and also tried a non-hydro Iseki, but felt most comfortable in an uprated version of the HST model I had before.

The loader is from the same manufacturer I had before (MX), this is a new model - not as elegant as the previous one but looks a bit tougher and with a better reach and lifting capacity.

I certainly have nothing against a blue tractor. Congrats!

Father and son carpentry team here who are my absolutely favorite tradespeople.
Both genuine finish carpenters, always looking how to do things better.

We were privileged to have a similar father/son team doing the major work on our house remodel. Like yours, excellent work at well below expected prices. Unlike yours, though, they seemed financially solid.

spent most of day outside working and pretty tuckered out.
Got the fertilizer spreader put on the little Massey and put down limestone out in the fields.
Then as much time cleaning the spreader as using it, no matter what they seem to rust, likely the chemicals at work.

Finally got the base for the greenhouse done, more complicated than expected but worked out well. Plastic grids in center, with
pressure treated "picture frame" on top of which the 35 pound greenhouse will go. Secured the wood to the ground by driving stakes into ground under wood and screwing down into tops of stakes.

Didn't get all that warm today so enjoying my little heater on my toes at the moment.

Home from surgery. Reported as "nothing earth-shattering" found. Meniscus had degraded some, they removed additional portions. Some tibial bone was " rough", so that was smoothed. Some "debri" was removed. The actual surgery took about an hour. I did not want to wake up from the anesthesia....way too good of a nap....haven't slept so good in the last 9 months :D

I think the knee is finally fixed. There is minimal pain, feels better than the entire last 6 months. Hopefully it stays this way. No weight bearing for the next 3-5 days, getting used to the crutches again. Now if I can just get myself to remain bedridden for a couple of days.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT! It really means a lot to me. Prayers out for all others needing them.

Eric, I thought you were just pulling our chain about getting a new tractor. Well I see now that CONGRATULATIONS are definitely in order. Well deserved. Did you get that air suspension seat with it? We definitely need to see some more pics:thumbsup::drink:

LS glad you knee is feeling better, hope it feels the same when the pain meds wear out. I remember I got a "block" on my knee during surgery and I did feel discomfort when it wore off, but it gradually, very gradually, got better and 4 years later I can do short hikes and only feel pain after 5 miles.

Eric and Drew, cool Christmas gifts now someone has to get a white tractor I'm getting a crown for Christmas. It should be here in 23 sleeps, I can use it every day and you will be able to see it if I open my mouth real wide so you probably won't be getting a pic.
