Coffee has been poured. 40° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 43° with cloudy skies. Did not get anything done yesterday. May try to work on getting a little more done today.

Mpham, sure hope it is not gout. But here is a good info sheet on how to help. My older brother has had it for awhile now. His diet is in the avoid list.

32 right now and wet outside...not sure if it's frozen or not...fortunately, no need to go out and find out! High in the low 40's today.

Winterized the mower and rearranged some of the garage. I also went out and got 75 lbs. of pet friendly ice melt. By "rearranging", I got the mower further in, moved the grill, generator and salt spreader at the door. Since I had the ice melt, I figured I'd hit the side walks before the freezing rain.

Since some of us are EGO battery power fans, I had ordered an EGO snow blower a few days ago. That's strictly for the walkways and areas I can't get to with the tractor. I have a gas powered blower which I had purchased used but I didn't want my step daughter (who normally clears the walks before I get home) to mess around with gasoline. Snow blowers sell pretty easily on Craigslist around here...so, I'll put the gas powered unit on CL

I'm not expecting this machine to clear more then 5-6 inches at a time...but it should do a good job if we get out before the snow accumulates too much.

33F light rain foggy upper 30"s for high.
No signs of icing on trees but the driveway looks shiny.
No real plans for today...stumble around outside bit,should sort the things no longer use make dump run pile in shop,maybe watch little football.
Time to feed little critters glass OJ.

Good Morning!!!! 45F @ 6:15AM here in Chico, CA. Areas of patchy fog early. Sunny. High 61F. Winds light and variable.

Woke up early in need of another dose of cough medicine; I can feel it kicking in again and is seems I'll get a few more hours of sleep.

Got a call back from the local deputy sheriff yesterday, apologizing that the evac orders prevent him from letting anyone back in once they've left. He did confirm that the road is open to my place, though, so reentry shouldn't pose any issues. Two more zones lifted yesterday, so fingers crossed mine will lift soon as well.

It was very nice to see the sun for a change yesterday as well as enjoy fresh air again. It's the little things you miss the most.

Looks like the low will 15° this morning. I think we ended up getting about 14 inches of snow yesterday. It's kind of hard to tell with the drifting of the snow. Today will be in the mid 30's and sunny with a light wind.

I didn't move any of the snow yesterday so I'll be doing that for a few hours today. This is the first good snow we have gotten so far, it seems to be a little late in the season.

We have to make trip down to Park City Ut in the morning for a Dr's appointment for my wife. She is still doing therapy on her shoulder from her fall last May.

58 degrees early this morning, with a high of 57 forecast.:laughing: We've had nice, warm weather lately, but it's supposed to continue down to 30 degrees tonight. Denton's weekly "Community Market" and the 3 days a week "Farmers Market" had their last session for the year yesterday.

Upper 40s now, not too cold today, I got 1.18 “ of rain in total yesterday pm. Had strong gusty winds.
Started Christmas decorations yesterday and continuing today. Won’t get done though, too much other stuff going on. Have a good day all, God bless.
