Got my new synology NAS working tonight. Disappointed in the security cam app. Only allows 2 without further license. Maybe there is another app, got a lot to learn.
What type of computing needs do you do that a device like that would deliver? I'm interested.
Forgot about the bumper stickers. I have 2 of them. After reading the "HF tools that do not suck" thread. I need to get them put on my tool boxes.
I just remembered, that I have not 1, but 2 of wroughtnharv's TBN silhouette stones. Thanks to Don, for donating it to me. And thanks to Harvey who made them and gladly gave them as gifts to us. I have them as steps at each end of my barn's sidewalk.
Kyle, enjoy your days off. Second year of not visiting Lee County on our way to winter locations. Miss those visits.
I understand. Also just remembered you writing about having to wax the RV in Arizona too. Not sure if you miss that too. But glad you have good memories of it. Life's changes....Prayers for Betty and you.
Drew, pretty nice place. Enjoy. I would love to see the gardens too. Not sure why I like manicured gardens like those. Just do.
Eric, 27 litre displacement, glad I'm not having to top off the tank.
What would you guys do?
We have a new aggregate depot company about a kilometer from us. They built a rail spur and bring the stuff from where ever. It is noisy when they load the trucks in the 5 am hour. This just started about a month ago. Should I complain to the district attorney and Sheriff? Or should I find out the owner's name and drive past his house with one of those loud boom boom stereo cars at 5 am in the morning? He probably lives near Don, since the aggregate comes from his neck o' the quarries, so that would be the wrong direction for my commute. Maybe I could hire out a local punk to blare out the rap. They would still be up at that time from the night before anyway.
Bups prayers for your shoulder/arm, Ed, prayers for you and your family.
Good news, the missing chicken was hiding. Probably from the owl. Stayed underneath a porch deck overnight. Chicken count still at 3.
Another hydraulic cylinder on the smaller tractor leaking. This time it's the bucket curl cylinder. Deere wants about $75 for the seals, o-rings and bushings. Ouch. Might take it apart and see if I can piece meal my own kit.
