I can still hear the clack of ball hitting paddle at RV Park we stayed in AZ. Pickle Ball courts were next to the dog park. Make sure your back is in good shape when you start playing.

Lesson one today was "how not to hurt you back". (Never, ever run backwards) All the instructors out here are terrific. Just joined another club, Pickle ball, and the newbie tournament is next week. And yes newbies get a pickle.

There are more ways to hurt your back than running backwards. Try going to the left with paddle in right hand. Do you have a Graphite Paddle yet?
