We've had this for several years, rates went up, we get some "credits" if we complete the wellness survey, credit for screening (blood work) and if numbers or wellness survey indicate we are at risk, we get a "health coach" that tells us to make changes to improve our health.
They had a program like that at the aerospace company I worked for several years ago. The deal was that participants got a $50/month discount on their health insurance premiums. I declined, and was quite surprised at the amount of pressure I got from management to sign up for it. I told them I simply wasn't interested in having the company delve so deeply into my personal life. Not what I agreed to when I took the job.
