While visiting Kubota dealer this morning owner came over and we chatted a bit and said I got deal for you  I'll give you $10.500 for your L2800HST w/out looking at it if you buy BX HST w/FEL & backhoe or B2601 w/FEL both models w/rear tires fill and tire chains....hmmm,been thinking of down sizing lately and house treasurer didn't say yes nor no.
I do like what B2601 has to offer tho. ;)

I say go for it! Of course spending your money is easy for me!:D

Got home from the basketball game and put a new mini sealed beam in the work light in the IH, installed the switch and viola’, I now have a work light and tail lights that I’ll probably never use. Sometime I’ll get around to the turn signals. I like for things to work correctly even if I don’t use them.

Nice looking Ford N I inherited an N from my uncle's stock, it weather buried in one of his sheds all I know about it is that it ran when he bought and parked it and he never used it. I'm waiting for spring and I can pull it out of that shed and get it in my driveway or garage to work on. It is either a 9N or 2N breaks are separated one on each side.

I look at this half bin of 50 pounds of cut up Red Pontiac seed potatoes and say no way that does "acres". I doubt it will do half an acre.
But seeing is believing. I want to see how far 50 pounds goes, the rows are ready, and the locals say plant. Plus a week of 70's coming up.
That I will do tomorrow.

the upper tray is a small bag of my German Whites from last year I never ate, but thankfully kept, and several months ago set out.
Now they have nice big eyes, unlike the reds I cut up which were much harder to see. Three small bad potatoes in the whole bag. They got thrown out entirely.
Lot of small potatoes, but those got cut in half and will do fine.

I was wondering, as long as the eye has enough nourishment to start the green stuff heading upwards, and roots growing, do you really need a big chunk of potato down there to
let it feed on? I've been cutting full size potatoes in thirds and quarters. A few times arbitrarily since I could not find visible eyes. They were hiding under a pretty good layer of dirt.

Now to chill and watch a movie or two.
