PJSprog... Have you seen the move Quigley Down Under ? The cartridge is the same as that one, my rile is a little bit different than his. It doesn't kick as much as you would think about like 30-06.

I've not seen that, CWB. I used to love the big guns and stout recoil. These days, not so much. I load minimum loads for my '03 Springfield using Hodgdon H4895 and a 150gr bullet. That's about all I care for in mule kicking anymore. Tried H4350, but it's too slow and still kicks more than I like. Faster burner was the ticket for me. I'd still like to shoot one of those Sharps rounds, though, just because.

PJ, would like to hear some of your music if you would like to put it on.

I'm working on a YouTube channel, Ed. Once I finish the mixing and mastering of the current funk project, I'll be loading some of it there. I also have a bunch of other stuff in the works, all in various states of not-yet-complete. Getting there.

I have a bunch of Baroque-era keyboard sonatas I've arranged for string quartet, that should also be available sometime this year. There are 22 of them so far. The composer I'm transcribing from, Antonio Soler, wrote about 150 pieces. That one's going to take some time.

I started working last weekend on an arrangement of a classical guitar piece by a Norwegian guitar player from and '80s band called TNT. Fantastic piece of music that I always thought would sound great on piano, so I am arranging it for piano and cello. I finished the piano part transcription last night, and should have the cello part written by this weekend. Maybe get The Wife to join me on piano for the recording.

Lots of stuff in the works, not the least of which is a long progressive rock epic based on Soler's music.

I'll let you know as it comes available.

Actually, now that I think of it, there is a website where I uploaded a bunch of scores several years ago. Haven't been there in awhile, so I never think about it. They have a music player that plays some MP3s I exported from the Finale notation program I use. It's computer-generated music, but it's accurate. If you like string music, give it a listen. You can even download the sheet music, if that's your thing.

Buppies, be very careful, besides the obvious damage it can do, sometimes reflux is caused by cardiac problems.
My sons was caused by allergies. I spent over $3k this yr to find that out.

My wife has trouble with reflux, she had esophageal spasms so bad they rushed her from doctors office to ER once. She tried a number of prescriptions, got scoped several times, etc... seems to be mostly controlled now, but flares up now and again. She is not happy when it flares.

Of course as soon as I start talking retirement or making any financial changes, the market starts a spiral down...

Up early to treat and sand my driveway so my daughter could get to work, ice was almost an inch thick in areas and then a very thin layer running down the hill approximately 100 feet couldn't walk on but made it safe and then headed to the lake to clean that driveway and sidewalk. long day playing with ice and couldn't even use the tractor.

I'll take 10 inches of snow over ice any time I can plow that, ice is just a pain.

Buppies hope you feel better lots of good advice here but as Toppop has said it could also be cardiac. December of 2000 just after Christmas was diagnosed with acid reflux January 2001, less than 2 weeks later I had my heart attach. Haven't had acid reflux symptoms since.
From past expieriance to all of you living on tums or Rolaid's this is a sign of cardiac issues as well. Most of us here are not 20 any longer and need to watch the little things. Drew I'm sure you have had this checked!
